He couldn't believe he was doing this. Irvine Kinneas, tough guy and ladies' man, was shaking uncontrollably. Why? The small ring case entwined within his fingers. He stood in the ballroom's corner in silence, watching his angel as she laughed at something Rinoa said. He smiled. How could he not love her?

There was a celebration going on in the ball room. A SeeD Graduation party to be exact. As of noon today, Rinoa and himself became SeeDs. He looked at his uniform and frowned. As soon as he got back to his dorm he was changing. But he wanted to make sure he looked good for Selphie tonight. With one deep breath for confidence, he made his way over to where the group was socializing.

"What I'm trying to say is...I love you with all my heart and I'd do anything for you." He bend on one knee and fumbled with the case before finally getting it open. "Will you marry me?"

Selphie gave a squeal of delight before clinging to him. "Yes! A thousand times yes!" Irvine gave a sigh of relief as he kissed her. "I love you Selphie Tilmitt."She grinned. "And I love you Irvy."
