Little Boy (Sweeney Todd)
A nurse visits the newest patient.

I looked into the cell. I feel almost sorry for the poor lad, he isn't much older than my own son. But, this boy was so different.
He just sits there. His eyes are so blank and that shock of white hair on his head. They said the boy'd seen the devil's work, that devil of a woman. I'd say anyday. The hair's proof enough.
I've heard the story, everyone in London has. Of Mrs. Lovett, and the pies. The newspapers had made them seen like the cannibal savages of the tropics, kill their own son they would. But he talks about her so nicely.
Lot of people went mad after the news came out. Couldn't handle the thought that they'd eaten people. There's a shortage of workers now. That's why I'm here.
I have to be careful with him, he is mad after all. But, I cannot help and feel sorry for him.
The nurse quietly entered the cell. She saw his grey eyes attempt to focus on her, and his head rolled around so she was in view to him. His pale face tried a smile, and the effect was quite overwhelming.
"'Ello Mum." He said quietly. His eyes focused a bit more, and the smile became less gruesome.
The nurse smiled gently back.
"Gud Mornin' Toby."
