**Authors Note**
This is my first Wolfblood so I don't think it'll turn out to well... I hope it does though... at first I was going to write about how after Maddy left, Rhydian went to talk to a nice vampire but it seemed kinda boring so I'm going with this... I hope you enjoy! Also keep in mind that I only wrote this after the second season because I don't know if there is a third yet (at the time I wrote this). Anyway, back to the story
The day Maddy came back was the best day of Rhydian's life. It had been five years and Maddy was now twenty and as Rhydian saw her she was gorgeous. The wild changed her physically and mentally. He hair was long and grimy and her face dirty. Her personality became wild and unpredictable, but she was still Maddy. Rhydian let them stay at his apartment for as long as they needed. Emma and Dan agreed to stay but for only a while, they wanted to go back home, to their den.
After each had taken a shower and gotten clean clothes, they sat down to eat. They ate in silence. Emma, Dan and Maddy tried to eat with as much manners as possible, it was difficult though. They'd almost forgotten how to be tame. Later Emma and Dan went to their old home to check everything out.
"I thought you said you'd come find me..." Maddy asked
"I searched for you for a year, even ask Shannon and Tom... I couldn't find you.. I went to the last place Jana's pack was supposed to be... you weren't there. I tried to track you but you were to far and your smell's changed... I-" His voice broke "I thought you were dead"
"oh...oh Rhydian" She pulled him into a hug.
"let's go sit on the couch"
"sure"
They sat there for a while. Neither spoke, just looked ahead. Finally Maddy broke the silence.
"The wild wasn't to bad..." she shrugged "dirty and gross but is grows on you"
"Yeah...yeah it does" Rhydian replies distantly. He suddenly looked at her. "Maddy, I missed you... so, so much"
"I missed you too"
Rhydian grabbed her hand. He pulled her against him and held her, he never wanted to let go. His nose was against her neck and he inhaled deeply so he'd never forget Maddy's sent again. He promised himself he'd never lose her again.
"tomorrows a full moon..." Maddy said slowly "let's run free, just you and me, just you and me... please?"
"yes, anything for you" he kissed her hard on the lips. She smiled and kissed him back. Rhydian had forgotten how much he hungered Maddy. He tightened his grip on her, he never wanted to let go. He had noticed he Loved her when it was to late.
The day of the full moon they ran free. Emma and Dan did not try stop them this time. Maddy and Rhydian ran and ran. Four hours it was just them and the moon, until they ran into a pack or rogue wolves. Rhydian managed to crawl back after the agonizing beating they'd gotten. Maddy though, was never seen again.
