Florida, America:
A few years after the FFI, Fubuki and Natsumi fell in love with each other and ran away to America together.
One particular and everyday evening, the lovebirds went walking too see the beautiful scenes of Florida in springtime.
They were walking across the park and went into the Florida Cemetery near the S&L construction site, which was the hood of the Corleone family. So territorial fights between the Rosato and the Corleone family was common site in here. But thanks to the prohibition, it was peaceful most of the time.
The young couple was walking through the burial ground. It was a rather quiet day. So Natsumi got the wrong idea and got aroused at the very place.
They started their romance on the very spot ignoring the place. They were standing awfully near a very old grave, which was surrounded by metal fence. The fence ending was awfully sharp and pointy and could pierce through a human flesh.
They were hugging and kissing [oh man!] and copulating [not really] at the same spot. Can you imagine how aroused and perverted they were to do that out in public? Well not much. So the usual romance stuff continued as they were lightly leaning towards ancient tomb…
And that's when disaster happened. Few of Tony Rosato's men attacked the S&L construction site. Which resulted in usual, Michel Corleone's men rushed in to get rid of the attackers and they quickest way to get there was to avoid the circular highway and go through the graveyard so they went.
But sadly, they didn't notice the young couple that was making sweet love. And they knocked into them.

Here's the summary of what happened next.
The armored-vehicle rammed into Shiro's back which resulted in both of them tripping and falling onto the fence. Metal spikes pierced Natsumi's Torso and Shiro lost his legs and the spikes skewered his eyes. Stuck in an awkward kissing position.
Dead and stuck in an awkward position, the townsfolk decided to preserve the bodies of the pair with chemicals and keep it in that position so everybody can observe the everlasting love (!) of this late duo
