I was sitting on my office when the mail arrived. I was surprised when a Chore Boy brought in the letter. When I first became Captain in Loguetown, I received many letters from Headquarters thanking me for the hard work but it only lasted for a couple of months.

I started reading it.

Captain Jones,

First of all, we'd like to congratulate you on the job you've done as Captain of Loguetown's base. During the past two years, you have shown great commanding skills and you've been a great help for the peace of our world.

Noting your excellent work, we're informing you that you have been chosen to lead a group of Marines through the Grand Line in order to find and arrest Aslan Coldbane. The crew will assemble on the 8th in Loguetown. You'll also receive a ship and all the equipment you'll need.
