So the prompt actually came from an argument about how to pronounce BURIED, and the task of me finding it out along with where the different pronunciations came from :P
Buried:
It was the hardest thing he'd ever done.
He couldn't feel the cool dirt as it seeped through his fingers.
He easily and quickly finished his task- Much too fast for his liking.
The forest was silent, but filled with so many memories.
They were happy at one point, but now they were too sad for him to face.
The past events became too much for him as he let silent tears flow from his eyes.
With one final kiss, Robin put Marian's ring into the small crater he'd dug.
Slowly he covered it in the loose dirt, burying it, along with one of the many painful memories of his dead wife, forever.
