"I so hate Colonello right now" Lal Mirch harrumphed to Oregano, her CEDEF officer best friend. "Now now, we will get revenge on him tomorrow so calm down and lets enjoy ourselves cafe". Lal Mirch stared at her ridiculously girly dress that Colonello managed to get her to wear while she choke down her slice of black forest gateau.
-FLASHBACK-
At CEDEF Office
"Hey Lal, I dare you to wear a girly dress and do girly things for the whole day!" Colonello suddenly said when he burst into her office. Lal was so shocked that she looked up from her stack of paperwork, she usually ignores Colonello and his random office break ins to annoy her, she mastered her ability to control her temper but surprises was something she didn't expect.
"What did you say?" she asked again. "I said I dare you to wear a girly dress and do girly things for the whole day!" he shouted again while he grinned stupidly. "No" was all Lal said. "Aw come on Lal we can make it a bet then, if you can wear a dress and do girly things for the whole day then.
I'll be your errand boy for month, but if you can't do it you will go out with me".
Lal blushed furiously at the ''date'' part "fine I agree to the bet, I really need a slave to do my paperwork."

The dress she wore was plain sapphire blue with a loose, donned with magenta red see-through sparkly sash tied into a bow at her waist and held with a brooch that has a creamy, pearly grey opal set into the middle
She also held a grey clutch that matched the colour of her brooch.
She currently was doing one of the least girly things she could think of eating cake at a cafe, since she sees Kyoko and Haru eat there all the time.
Since Oregano heard of the bet she decided to help her.
