WhyDoesItHaveToRainOnMyParade
It was All Hallow's Eve more commonly know as Halloween and Kelsi was sat home alone. She was home alone because my family had gone to the big Lava Springs Halloween party without Her. They went without her because she had been grounded. She thought it sucked that she couldn't do anything for Halloween. She thought that is was a total shame and unfair that she was grounded because she loved Halloween and had a great costume for the party she should have been going to but now couldn't because she had been grounded. There had been no trick-or-treaters, yet and it was getting really boring for Kelsi.
It was while she was watching one of the many horror movies she had rented that she finally heard the doorbell ring. She was over the moon that someone had finally come to the door. She head over to it with the bucket of sweets for the kids that would be there. Looking out the window, She didn't see anything or anyone which was odd. Maybe it was just some punk kids trying to scare me. was what she was thinking. She placed down the bucket that she was holding and went to open the door. On opening the door, she looked outside and around the front porch, but there wasn't anyone there.
Just as she was about to got back in she spotted a man dressed in all black walking along the side of the house. He was looking down at the ground as if he was looking for something he dropped and was walking away from the porch and to the driveway.
"Hey!" Kelsi called, "Only kids can trick-or-treat!!!"
Kelsi shook her head. She turned back to head inside, but that was when she heard footsteps coming from behind her. Turning she hoped the trick-or-treaters had come at last. She was shocked though to see the man dressed in black was standing right in front of her at the threshold of the house.
She was starting to panic a little. She backed away slowly, her hand groping behind her for the phone so as to call the police, "What do you want?" She said. You could hear the fear that was in her voice as she spoke.
The man's face was covered by a rubber mask. He slowly moved a hand up, putting a thumb over the right eye of the mask, and his middle finger over the left eye of the mask. As he slowly started to pull it down from his face, he revieled two dark red eyes.
"I want your soul." He said. Her fear made Kelsi unable to move as the man advanded ever closer to her.
When he reached Kelsi that was when everything went black.
She was cold and couldn't see a thing. She was dead, but she could hear sirens blaring and the dogs barking. The pounding on the ground above her, and then the sound of shovels, digging.
After that what happened was a mystery.
