For The Planet
(On how Aeris died for the planet.)
She was the last of a race of Ancients.
She sold flowers on the street.
She saved the planet.
She met a man through ordinary conincidence,
A man with startling yellow hair,
A man with a borrowed cause.
She joined this cause soon after.
They fought a company.
They found an even greater enemy.
The cause slowly entapped them all,
they traveled miles,
Over land, sea and air.
The man they were after ever slipped from thier grasp.
Until it would do him good to be near them.
And them he took the most powerful of dark and evil weapons.
The end?
No, gentle, sweet Aeris knew of the most bright and holy weapon.
One which would save the planet.
So leaving her friends she went to go and pray,
Pray to save the planet with this seemingly usless hair orniment.
It worked, but it cost her her life,
Her most percious life.
And they are forever thankful but sad,
For Aeris.
