Hey guys! This is just a one shot of my take on the scene from episode 2 x 12 where Quinn and Finn are in the nurses room after both of them contracting mono. Enjoy. Read and Review please.
I looked over from the bed in the nurse's room and could see Finn lying down on the bed next to me.
"Santana is such a bitch." I exclaimed into the deep silence. Finn breathed in and out slowly and didn't respond to what I said. "Seriously, she practically exposed us in front of the entire Glee Club and not to mention Sam."
"Maybe it was a good thing." He responded in a dull tone.
"A good thing? Serious." I tried to raise my voice, but my throat hurt so much, and even speaking aggravated my throbbing headache. "If Sam doesn't believe my cover story than me and him are over for good."
"Quinn, he'll believe anything that you say. You are you, everyone respects you these days."
I sat silently as he said that, "No, they don't. I'm still just the girl who got pregnant. Now I'm the girl who got pregnant after cheating on her boyfriend, and got mono after cheating on her other boyfriend."
"Please Quinn, he'll believe you."
They sat in silence again for a while, "Maybe I don't want him to believe me." Finn was shocked by my words and tried to process them. He moved over on to his side and gazed into my eyes. "I'm serious Finn, maybe all I want is to be with you."
Finn nodded, "All I want is to be with you." Finn got up despite his illness and walked over to me. "Break up with Sam?"
"Of course." As soon as I responded, Finn pulled me into a deep and passionate kiss. The kiss intensified and he lay me down on the bed.
We carried on making out for about five minutes until they heard a forced cough. The two bolted up and saw the nurse staring at them. "I SAID NO KISSING." I stared at her as she walked out and then I burst out laughing along with Finn.
"I've missed you Quinn Fabray." I smiled back at him. "I've missed you too Finn Hudson."
