Mika Yoshida was about to die. She was cornered, had no way to defend herself, and was certain that the sadistic psychopath staring down at her was going to enjoy every bit of her death. She glanced frantically to either side, desperately looking for a way out. As expected, she was every bit as cornered as she was five seconds ago.

The psychopath bore down on her, clearly enjoying the situation. Yoshida had very few thoughts running through her head; she knew screaming wouldn't work, because no one was around to hear her. But in between the fear and resignation, one thought ran on a constant loop through her head: What went wrong? Why did it go so horribly wrong?

Yoshida closed her eyes as the psycho bore down on her, waiting for the inevitable pain. Her life began to flash before her eyes, reminding her of the reason she was here in the first place. She stood straight, closed her eyes, and watched the memories flash by.
