I just wanted to create a back story for my favorite Kalos Gym Leader. Nothing more nothing less. Enjoy

CHAPTER ONE: Reminiscing
"And with that this battle is over, Gogoat is unable to battle so the winner is Sylvester from Azalea Town." Briar, the Coumarine Gym referee called out
"Yeh believe in yer Pokemon... And they believe in yeh, too. Go on, then. Yeh've earned it." the old man waled up to Sylvester and handed him a badge that looked like a leaf "Here's your own Plant Badge sprout"
"Yahooo, that's 4 down Farfetch'd. So Mr. Ramos, where's the next Gym?" the young man asked as he congratulated his partner,
"Ah, well I think the next place ta go is to Lumiose. I heard the Gym Leader their is starting to take challengers again. Just take the slide back down and enjoy zoomin 'round my tree."
"Thanks, I will. BYE" he called and he pushed off onto the said slide
"Ramos, you seemed more energetic then usual with this trainer. Are you ok?" Briar asked
"Me?" Ramos smiled "Oh, I was just, reminiscing"
"OK Sprout, use Razor Leaf"
"Bellsprout, Bellllll SPROUT' Sprout called as mini sharp leaves appeared and were shot out of his leaf hands hitting Oddish and he fell to the ground.
"Perfect, now GO Poke Ball" I yelled as he threw the spherical capture device which hit and absorbed him into the ball. 3...2...1... CLICK
"Yes" I grabbed the Poke Ball and lifted it to the sky "I CAUGHT AN ODDISH"
"Hey Sprout, let's me our new friend" I threw the ball and he pooped out "Oddish"
"Now, lets learn about you" I took out the Pokedex which scanned Oddish.
Oddish, the Weed Pokemon. If exposed to moonlight, it starts to move. It roams far and wide at night to scatter its seeds.
"Wow, I don't even know why I like Grass types so much. Well, thats what this journey is for"
