Rico made puppy eyes at Kowalski.
"Rico, Skipper said no." Kowalski explained
. Rico begged some more, "PLEASE!"
"Fine… Only on-" Kowalski began but was cut off by Rico kissing him.
Kowalski stood there shocked. Rico pulled away and ran outside. Kowalski was frozen on the spot. Soon enough, he snapped out of it and went up the ladder. Rico was setting off fireworks.
"Skipper probably won't find out."
"KABOOM!"
Beautiful fireworks lit up the sky.
"Wow." Kowalski breathed out.
He didn't even notice Rico walked over and held his flipper.
"How did you do it Rico?" Kowalski asked.
Rico just smiled.
"KOWALSKI WHERE THE HECK IS RICO!" A ticked off voice boomed from inside the HQ.
"OH CRAP!" Kowalski screamed.
Rico laughed at Kowalski's shrill scream.
"IT'S NOT FUNNY!" Kowalski whined.
