Hi the names Fritzy1999, this is my first story on but i also have it on some other sites so don't be confused if you find it somewhere else kay :). please give constructive feedback and enjoy the story. I only own my oc's Luna James and Ryden Souza, all the other characters and surname Souza belong to the amazing Kelly Armstrong
Prologue
"Mommy where are you!?" shouted a little girl of 5yrs old. "Mommy why are you on the ground?" asked the girl. She walks up to the women on the ground who is her mother. She turns her over. "Mommy! Mommy! Wake up!" screamed the little girl. Her mother was laying there with her eyes open and glazed over, her mother's cloths were covered in blood. The most of it came from the left side of her chest where her heart was. The mother was dead and the little girl was crying over top of her. "PLEASE MOMMY WAKE UP!" the girl cried while shaking her mother trying to wake her up. But it wasn't working; the girl gave up and just cried, mourning her loss.
A shadow loomed over the two girls in the shape of a man. The little girl turned around. There stood a tall man in a lab coat with a smile that made the little girl shrink in fear. "Hello Miss. I'm Dr. Marcel Davidoff what's your name? I'm going to take you to a place where you will be safe alright?" he spoke creepily instead of gently "My name is Luna...I don't want to leave Mommy" spoke the girl shyly "It's alright miss we'll have her buried so you can see her whenever alright." he reassured the girl. "OK, sir." spoke the girl unhappily. He nodded, took her hand and walked out of the house with her. Little did Luna know is that from here on out, her life will be turned upside down.
Present day
"Don't you walk away from me young lady!" shouted a woman in her late 30's. "Or you'll do what? Ground me? News flash Julie I'm already going to jail!" shouted a girl the age of 16 right back. "Don't you dare use that tone of voice on me Luna James! I'm sick of your attitude lately. You're getting out of control and I'm sick of all the complaints coming from the school and having the police showing up on our door step!" "Oh, well I am sorry that the stuck up bitches called teachers and students can't keep their judgments to themselves. Those policemen were just as judgmental as the rest of the student body!" Luna replied sarcastically angry. SLAP the contact of skin to skin echoed across the house. "Shut up! I'm done Luna; I can't keep this up anymore. I'm putting you into Lyle house so maybe they can help you."
Julie spoke with agitation. Luna kept her head down before she spoke. "Fine, you want me gone? I'll go. But don't you dare say I was wrong in that situation. I know what I did. The memory is permanently in my brain and every fucking day I am guilt ridden. So yea I'll fucking leave just so you don't have to deal with this unstable girl anymore!" she screamed with tears streaming down her eyes. She then ran upstairs and started packing her stuff. "What am I going to do with that girl?" Julie whispered to herself before started supper.
With Luna
I'm up in my room packing everything I needed. Cloths -check. Toiletries -check. Bank card and bills in shoes- check. Supernatural books -check. Now you're probably wondering who I am right. And what am I doing with Supernatural books? Well the thing is I'm a Supernatural or Sup for short. Being a supernatural is all in the genetics you see. So I figured that both my parents were two separate races when they had me. I don't remember my father but I do remember my mom. She was extremely beautiful with back length curly auburn hair, bright hazel eyes and an amazing smile. Then suddenly when I was five she died, I don't know how she died other than one moment she was laughing in the living room then the next she was gone. Then Dr. Davidoff found me and took me to a lab where they say it's safe but in reality it's not.
Flashback
Luna wakes up in a room strapped to a metal bed with men looking over her. "What's going on?" asked Luna. The doctors didn't answer they just went to work filling needles with different colored liquids. "Hello Luna how are you feeling?" I didn't hear Davidoff come in? "I'm a bit sleepy...why do they have needles?" spoke a frightened Luna. Davidoff looked impassive. "Well you see my dear...there going to give you needles so you can grow up healthy." he answered suspiciously. Why is he lying? Luna just nodded. The needles went in. Pain shot through Luna. "STOP THEY'RE HURTING ME! Make it stop! Make it stop!" Luna screamed and begged them to stop but they wouldn't. Then everything went black.
Flashback ends
Luna shakes her head getting rid of the horrid memory. After that I was taking pills and was shipped off to foster care. That's where I met my foster mother downstairs Julie Right. She took care of me when no one else would. Don't get me wrong I love her but sometimes her motherly nature goes too far. She only gets mad because she has no idea what's wrong with me. I started puberty at 11 but it didn't take into effect until last year. Last year my powers started coming in along with the worst puberty smack down ever. I had to have two showers a day and tack pills for six months to get my pimple to finally clear. There finally gone now so I'm happy. I've always had heightened senses like better eye sight at night, great smell and hearing, but that's because I'm a werewolf.
I've been able to see spirits ever since my mom died but I blocked them out until last year. I've always been a bit frightened because most of the ghost wanted my help and at the time I couldn't, some went so far as to show me how they died! I slept outside over summer break once and remembered a zombie movie, so while I was thinking about corpses I accidentally raised a dead rabbit. I was so freaked out after I released his spirit; I looked up all of the symptoms up when purchasing supernatural books so I could find out what was happening to me. I found out that I was a necromancer, they can see/raise/control the dead, and I also purchase my green amulet so that I know when my powers get to strong and if I need more practice. Every time I get stronger my amulet will change a different colour. "I'm full of secrets. Now I'm off to this psych-ward that's full of delusional teens. Because that's exactly what I need." I mumble bitterly to myself.
I finished getting my stuff packed when I hear a knock at my door. "Who is it?" "It's me." Great Julie "Come in." I answer. She opens the door. "Hey dinners ready if you want to come down stairs and eat with me?" she asked "Yeah I'll eat with you." I said smiling I can't really be mad at her it's because she doesn't know so it's not her fault. I walk out my door heading for the stairs when she calls me. "Luna." "Yes Julie?" "I'm sorry for my outburst. Your right you shouldn't be the one in shit. I-It's just that... I don't know what to do anymore. One minute your happy then the next you're so distant. I-I just want you to know that I'm trying to help you because your family. I am sorry for making you do this Luna but please know that I'm doing this because I love you." she was crying at the end.
I rush over and hug her with most of my might. "I love you to Julie. I know you mean well so I'm going to get better ok." I spoke honestly while hugging her. We separate I wipe her tears while she smiles at me. We head down stairs to eat our last meal together. After we do dishes and watch a movie before heading to bed. This will be the last time I'll ever be here. I thought as I climb into my bed and fall asleep.
Next day
I wake up to knocking at my door. "Alright I'm up." I say making her stop. "Alright have a shower then come down for breakfast we're leaving in a hour." she said. I groan. I get up grab the cloths I picked out last night and go have my shower. I took a little longer then I should have but come on I really didn't want to go. I grabbed my blueberry sent shampoo and conditioner. I scrub my head good then rinse. Then I grab my orange and mango body wash scrubbing my body good. Rinse, turn off shower, get out, and dry off, put cloths on.
I look at myself in the mirror. I'm 5.3' alright B-cup chest, waist length Honey blond hair with purple streaks, heart shaped face, button nose, pout lips, and big jade green eyes, and a slightly pale complexion. My outfit consist of a pair of black combat boots a pair of jean shorts, purple and black ripped up skull tube top with a black jean half sleeve jacket over top. On my arms were black and purple bracelets on both arms, and purple fingerless gloves, little make-up. My green amulet and a silver locket were around my neck.
I race down the stairs make some toast and ate while grabbing my bags and stuffing then into the car. "Julie I'm done hurry up!" "Alright I'm coming. For someone who didn't want to go you sure want to get there." she laughed "Ha, ha very funny. The sooner I get in the sooner I get out." I said to her. She nodded, and then walked over to the driver side, while I take the passenger seat. We headed out. "So where is Lyle House?" I ask "By some construction buildings down town." Julie answered. It's good to know that's not too far away, living in Buffalo NY can get big but not too big like the Big Apple. It took us an hour to get there, too short in my opinion.
We drive up to a big white house with a white picket fence, green grass and a mailbox. If this house has a mat saying 'Home Sweet Home' I'm going to throw up. I think to myself. I get out, unload my stuff with Julie, then head up the pathway to the door and ring the doorbell. A women in her late 70's answers, she had a grandmother aura around her but I knew better than that, don't trust with your eyes, she smelt of pills and rubbing alcohol nurse pop up in my head. "Hello you must be Luna. I'm Mrs. Talbot the head Nurse here at Lyle house."
Yep called it she spoke with care and warmth I'm surprised that she'd act this way but then again we are mentally disable. I stayed silent while Julie answered "Yes she is. She's a bit quiet today. I'm Julie her foster mother." I roll my eyes at that. Mrs. Talbot just smiled and led us into the house. Inside it screamed homey, like it was trying too hard to feel cozy that everything becomes fake. Ugh. Why do they even try? I think with disgust.
Mrs. Talbot speaking took me out of my thoughts "Now here is the hall way leading to the kitchen, living room, Dr. Gills office (she's the therapist), my office, the basement and outside." she said while showing us around. "The top nurses here are Ms. Van dope and I. There is also a nurse who comes on weekends to let us rest. Yeah away from the insane teenagers Everyone does chores, classes throughout the day and an hour of free time outside or to do whatever you choose. You will be starting tomorrow today is for you to just get to know everyone. We also just had another girl your age join us yesterday, so don't feel like you're to new alright?" I just nod. "Alright well that's everything I'll let you say your goodbyes then lead you to your room." again I nod. She turns and heads towards the kitchen.
"Um...Well I guess this is goodbye." I say looking at Julie. She nods "Yep I guess it is." I could see the tears in her eyes "I'm going to miss you Julie." I say while hugging her, trying not to cry myself. "I know Luna; I'm going to miss you to. Please try to behave with everyone." she asks I nod. "I will Julie." I smile at her; she nods her head and lets me go. She smiles at me then turns to leave "Bye Luna I love you." "Bye Julie love you to" then she was out the door and gone. I slump my shoulders, then went to find Mrs. Talbot. "She's in the Kitchen" I whipped around and saw a boy a year younger than me, average height who's an Asian with blond hair? "I'm part Swedish, part Korean." I blush at being caught with a confused face, the boy grins, and I nod. "Thanks." I muttered then turned, but he stops me by asking "What's your name? I'm Simon Bae." Just say your name and nothing else.
"Luna James" I muttered. "Nice name." He said with a smile. "Hn." I scowled showing my irritation with him hoping he'd move on. Just ignore him and he'll go away. Without a second thought I turned and headed straight for the kitchen. He calls out my name again but I ignore him trying to get as far away as possible. I walk into the kitchen and see Mrs. Talbot cooking while a short blond is peeling carrots. "Excuse me, Mrs. Talbot? Um Julie just left so I was wondering if you could lead me to my room. Once you're done of course." I ask trying to be polite. I notice the blond is looking at me curiously I ignored her after giving a waved then turned back. "Yes dear just give me 5 minutes ok?" "Alright." I grunted. I go wash my hands, and sit next to the blond grabbing a peeler and start peeling. The girl looked at me strangely so I gave her a 'what' look. She shakes her head then mouths a 'thank you' I just nodded my head.
We peel in silence until Mrs. Talbot is done. "Alright dearie. Oh I see your helping the other new member Chloe. Chloe this is Luna, Luna, Chloe." "What's up?" I say "Nothing much. What about you?" Chloe asks "Same." I answer. She nods then continues peeling. "Word of advice, make sure you keep your thumb away from the peeler or you'll cut It." she nods and whispers a 'thanks'. I nod then follow Mrs. Talbot. We head up the stairs where the rooms are. "You'll be bunking with Victoria since Rachelle has been sent home for completely recovering." "Ok." we walk into the room with my stuff I place it on the empty bed. "Alright well I'll let you get your stuff unpacked a lunch will be in 20 minutes." I nod.
She left the room. Finally some peace...or maybe not? Over in the other bed was who I'm assuming is Victoria. I could smell the drugs wafting off of her. So she's all doped up right now. I head to my stuff and start unloading putting everything in its place in the small plain room that we share. There's a single bed on both side with matching dressers and desks for home work I think. Once I had most of it done I noticed Victoria getting out of bed. She looks at me but I ignore her as I finished off putting knickknacks on my desk. I didn't notice that she was talking until she tapped my shoulder causing me to turn and look at her.
