Night came quickly to the Neo Freedom Fighters Headquarters. It was a rough day. Life for a rebel can be pretty rough.
Knuckles stood in the roof of his hut looking at the stars. He thought about his father, oh how he missed him… He would kill just to see him again, feel his heat, his compassion, his love…
Now, because of the Dark One he would never see him again.

Amy jumped towards Knuckles with her stone hammer, ready to crush his skull. The far more experienced echidna quickly ducked and punched the hedgehog towards a tree.

As Knuckles prepared to charge against Amy, Metal appeared and with a kick made the echidna fall into the ground. He then picked up Knuckles and started to deliver powerful knee shots that made the echidna scream in pain. Amy started to put up and viciously punched the echidna in the face. Metal then dropped him down.

Amy then kicked the echidna in the stomach and made him fall into his knees.

Knuckles looked into her eyes and lifted his middle finger.
Metal roared in anger and caught him by the neck, starting to choke him.
Knuckles started to punch and kick Metal´s torso, but it didn´t have any effect.
He was feeling so weak, was this the end?
