Grace
One morning in early October Connie Beauchamp woke up to the sound of her 4 week old daughter Amy crying in the mosses basket so Connie heaved herself out of bed and was just about to do down stairs and make a bottle when her twelve year old daughter Grace came into the room armed with a bottle, clean nappy and a packet of wipes.
"Morning mum I thought you might need these" said Grace putting the stuff on to Connie's bed
"Thank you sweetheart you can go and get ready for school now" said Connie as she began to feed Amy. She had just finished feeding Amy when there was a knock at the door.
Connie went down stairs carrying Amy and opened the door it was Sam Strachan her ex and the father of her children.
"What do you want got board shagging Sister Williams already" said Connie.
"Well good morning to you too Connie I just wanted to know if I can see my kids" said Sam
"You've got a nerve" said Connie "Grace will you come and get Amy please" and Grace came out of the kitchen and spotted Sam at the door.
"Dad" said Grace
"Hey sweetheart" said Sam
"Grace take Amy and go back into the kitchen" said Connie and Grace did as she was told
