These are the diaries of Albus Severus Potter, The middle of child of Harry Potter.

In these recounts, we will get to know this young introspective child who perhaps is the most like his father.

(These stories also serve to give my view on what would have happened after the epilogue to the Deathly Hallows…)

I'm here! In the very same dormitory as my father!!! He is right… the four-poster bed is better than my bed at home… The rest of my mates have gone to sleep but I had to write this down and I'm too excited to sleep. Teddy gave me this book when I got my letter from Professor McGonagall. I can't believe she is still headmistress after all these years. Uncle Ron says she has her own Philosophers stone… Then again he always says the most bizarre things. Uncle Ron is an Auror, he works with Dad who is the Head of Magical Law Enforcement. Dad is strongest wizard I know, I hope I can be as good as he is… It's really hard living in the footsteps of a person who vanquished the greatest dark wizard that ever lived… I'm worried I won't be liked by anyone…

Everyone in the dorm seems to like me… We all met on the train. I was sitting with Rose (also in Gryffindor!) when Ferguson, Andrew, Michael and Xeno came in. They wanted to sit with us because all the other carriages were full and they didn't want to pass the carriage were all the fireworks were. That was probably Fred Jr. Uncle George's son. He is in his 4th year, and takes after both Uncle George and Uncle Fred combined, which in Grandma Weasley's opinion is a deadly combination. She loves FJ more than any of the other grandchildren. FJ likes to take the mickey out of James, I think that is the only time I laugh at James. (That and when Mum takes off with him…)

I think it's time to sleep… Lesson start early in the morning and I really don't want to be late for Transfiguration… I like the sound of turning objects into whatever I want… I know it will be very standard now but if I work hard enough then I will be able to turn james into a rabbit like Victoire did to James when he read her letters from Teddy.
