This is the first chapter of my new story spun off of Me and You Against The World. This is how a nice town turns into betrayal and death.
Mario sat down on the bench and ate his lunch. Where was Peach? Mario thought to himself. "Mario Mario Mario!" People shouted circling him.
"WHAT!" Mario yelled sick of their questions.
"Is it true Rosalina killed Peach because of you?" The Crowd asked.
"WAIT PEACH IS DEAD!" Mario yelled. He couldn't handle this anymore he walked off to his house and went to bed.
"Hello Mario." A shadow at the edge of his bed said.
"Who our you?" Mario asked.
"You know me and you know why I killed Peach" The Shadow said.
"Rosalina?" Mario said.
"Yes Mario and you know why I killed Peach. Right?" Rosalina said.
"No. Because you're crazy?" Mario said.
"No. She was going to tell the newspaper fake dirt on you so you would be arrested and she would get your house and money." Rosalina said.
"She loved me she would never do that. Would she?" Mario said.
"Well she was." Rosalina said showing him video footage of Peach talking to the Newspaper.
Green Hill Sonic
Sonic and Kirby were at the Sonic fast food restaurant in Green Hill Zone eating some chilly dogs. "Can you believe this world the death in Smash City so cruel." Sonic said
"I know so cruel" Kirby replied.
The Next Day in Smash City
Pac-Man, R.O.B., and Megaman stepped over the crime scene tape.
"3 dead Mario, Peach, and Rosalina." Pac-Man said.
"Double murder and a suicide?" Megaman asked.
"The house was burnt it looks like it or self defense." R.O.B. said.
"Can you believe what his place has turned into?" Pac-Man asked.
"No I can't believe it was such a nice peaceful place but these murders." R.O.B. said.
"Let's head back to the station and see the morgue report.
Toon Link's House
"I think I should go check on the new bodies from the murder." Toon Link said.
"Why do you even do this?" Zelda asked.
"Because dad did it and he saved all of Smash Kind." Toon Link said
"This job killed your father and his partner and he did this in the real world and hunted paranormal stuff." Zelda said.
"I own it to him to take his legacy and stop these murders." Toon Link said.
"They are over Link Rosalina killed them then herself." Zelda said.
"Mom there might be something else maybe someone hired Rosalina or framed her." Toon Link said.
"Honey stay here it isn't safe." Zelda said.
"It's ok." Toon Link said leaving.
As Toon Link stepped out the door Zelda stood up and laughed evilly. "Hahaha son you have no clue hahaha." Zelda said.
Crime Scene
Why was mom so weird about me looking into this case? Toon Link thought. Toon Link scanned the house and saw 3 bodies Mario, Peach, and Rosalina. Normal looks like a murder suicide well normal compared to the papers. Toon Link used the x-ray and saw something in Rosalina's arm. It looked like a chip of somesort. Toon Link walked over to Rosalina and cut open her arm and pulled out the chip. It looked like a mic stuck into her arm giving commands. "Someone is doing this and this isn't the last murder." Toon Link said.
That Night
Toon Link ate dinner and told Zelda what happened. "I see." Zelda said. After dinner Toon Link went to bed.
"Hello Toon Link it's time you meet your father." A Voice said at the edge of his bed.
"You you killed Mario and Peach." Toon Link said.
"No I just helped Rosalina do that." The Voice said.
"Who Are You?" Toon Link asked.
"Your worst nightmare." The Voice said revealing it's true form.
"HELP!" Toon Link yelled.
If you guys didn't figure out Toon Link's dad Link's death was off of Me and You Against The World this is a long time after that story so a lot of people will be dead or changed.
