Our tale happens in the strangest of ways...a girl screaming ghost! Everyone in the fire lords palace to ran to see what the commotion was...they were frightened to find Ty-Lee pointing at a bunch of clothes that were floating in midair!
The royal firebenders are about to attack- "Wait! It's me! Mai!" Shouts the clothes to everyone's surprise.
Mai then explains how after another argument with her family...she was wandering; saying outloud that 'she wished she could disappear'. A weird kid jumped out of a garbage can, shouted: 'Happy to help', and spritzed her with a chemical that turned her invisible!
Fire Lord Ozai listened to this with interest...

The loyal fire benders couldn't believe their eyes! The filthy boy that dug through garbage for a meal...Had a device that(through two weird openings; one orange, and one blue) could instantly transport him whereever he wanted!
And so it came to pass that Cave Johnson was taken from his junkyard home...and adopted into the fire lords household...
And all across the world...the Earth and Water nations did shiver...
