Not A Dream

By Gwendolen

There's a beautiful naked young man sleeping in his bed, and Severus Snape could happily spend the rest of his life just watching him sleep.

Sleep has smoothed out the tension and worry-lines from his face and brought back reminders of the boy he once was: The Boy Who Lived. Now The Man Who Loves. Loves the greasy, ugly and old potions master. The ex-Death Eater. The spy and traitor. The monster of his school years who deducted points, offered ridicule and scorn and dreaded detentions.

Sometimes Snape can't quite believe that the man in his bed is real and not a dream or a figment of his imagination. Then he has to touch him, hold him and only when Harry wakes and kisses him can he accept the reality.
