He was being hunted. That was all he knew. Hunted by a shinobi with almost excellent tracking skills. He could barely keep the ninja off his trail.

A/N: Okay, this is my first Naruto fic and my first one-shot... so bear with me. I got the inspiration for this story after reading "Infectious Love" By: Nkitty29on the C2 community that I'm apart of the staff on. If you love Saku/Sasu or Itachi/Saku that is the place for you!

He was being hunted. That was all he knew.Hunted by a shinobi with almost excellent tracking skills. He could barely keep the ninja off his trail.

It was all Sasuke could do to dodge the kunai that where thrown at him from the bushes nearby. Sasuke was thankful for the wooden mask that hid the shock on his face as he threw a shurikin at the bushes. He did not expect the hunter-nin the catch up with him so fast. He quickly performs a transportaition-without-trackability-jutsu, and disappears in a cloud of smoke. While the hunter-nin curses from her hiding place nearby.

"Damn," the hunter-nin cursed. Her target wasn't supposed to be this hard to catch. She growls in frustration and stands up. She reaches up and takes off her porcelain hunter-nin mask and sniffs the air, Water. She thought, he'd probably be there... She reassures her-self as she whisks off toward the nearest lake.

Finally got rid of him... Sasuke thought as he dipped a hand into the crystal clear water, to get him-self a drink. He takes a gulp of the ice cold water and them jumps up into the nearest tree. Damn it... He thought as he looked down and saw the hunter-nin walk out into the open.

Sasuke smirks wildly as he notices that the hunter-nin is off-guard.

To bad… He thought as he jumps from the tree and stabs the hunter-nin in the back. The hunter-nin disappears in a cloud of smoke.

"Doppelganger," Sasuke mutters as he turns around to be kicked in the face, the force of the kick shatters his wooden mask.

Oh shit…… was the last thing he thought before he blacked out from fatigue.

An hour or two later

"Sasuke…" Uh… someone was calling his name. Sasuke opens his eyes to be face to face with a porcelain hunter-nin mask.

He glares daggers at the nin when he realizes his hands are ties together. Damn, just far enough apart to prevent me from doing a jutsu…shit..

"You've caught me," He scowled, "Now what?"

The hunter-nin reaches up and removes her mask.

Onyx eye's clash with jade eye's as the hunter-nin flips her pastel pink tresses, away from her face.

"Sakura?" Sasuke mutters, raising an eyebrow.

She smirks, and places her hands on her hips. "I'll think of something."
