The flu.
Once again Xellos has joined Lina and friends. They are currently staying in a four story hotel.
"Amelia!" called Lina.
"Yes Miss Lina?"
"Could you tell Xellos and Zel it's dinner time? There're on the third floor in room B together."
"Sure Miss Lina." Amelia heads up the stairs. As she reaches the second floor she begins to ponder. 'Hmm. They're both in the same room together? For how long? Could they be… NO! I can't think that way! Mr. Zelgadis is a justiful man! He would never do something like that! At least not with Xellos. Either way her worries about them possibly sleeping together made her run the rest of the way.
When she reached room B she paused at the door and listened curiously.
"Ooohhh." she heard Zelgadis moan.
"Come on, you can't go much farther without my injection." Xellos replied. That made Amelia worry even more.
"No, I…don't…want it." Zel said weakly.
"Well, your getting it weather you like it or not."
" No… please no." Zel was gasping for breath between words but Xellos sounded confident. Then she heard him start to gasp a little.
"Ow! That hurt Zel-san! Stop resisting already! At times like these I wish you didn't have rocks al over your body!"
"Then I'd be cured and we wouldn't be here." Zel nearly shouted.
"True, Ow! Ha! There's a clear way in!"
"No! Let go…of me!…Ow!"
At that point Amelia couldn't take it any more. She burst into the room pointed and declared,
"NO! Mr. Xellos, Mr. Zelgadis, this is not justified! How could you, who fight on the side of justice be gay!" Then she looked at their puzzled faces. Zelgadis was in his bed with pants on with the sheet halfway of the bed. He had no shirt and Xellos was sitting in the chair next to him fully clothed. He was holding Zel's arm tightly with one arm, in the other he had a shot that was barley in a skin part on Zel's arm. While Zel was still bewildered by Amelia's outburst Xellos seized the opportunity to give Zel the rest of his shot.
"OW! Damned mazoku!"
"What's going on here?" Amelia was thourly confused.
"Well Zel-san here has the flu and I've been giving him his medicine."
"I hate needles." Zel mumbled.
"So what did you come here for Amelia?" Xellos asked?
"Uh, Lina wanted me to tell you dinners ready."
"Alright, it'll take awhile though because I must help Zel-san."
"Okay I'll tell Lina." she headed back down the stairs relieved that her earlier thoughts weren't true.
