Summary:
Regina sat in bed, watching the two men in her life walk out. The further they got, the smaller her smile became, and the tighter her chest seemed to feel. She reached up and rubbed the skin over her heart, frowning as the feeling only got worse and worse with each passing second. She couldn't help but feel like they were never coming back.
Author's Note:My birthday is on Tuesday so I figured I'd surprise you all by finishing all my prompts. Prompt from Tumblr: After 2 years of being banished to live alone in her mansion, with no interaction with others Regina loses touch with reality. In her mind, she's living with the people she lost (Henry, Daniel) and to her the curse doesn't exist.

"My love, it's time to wake up." Regina smiled as Daniel's words floated into her ears, coaxing her out of the safety of sleep. "Regina, come on. Henry is already downstairs." A kiss was pressed to her cheek, her nose, and finally her lips. She lazily brought her hands to the sides of his face, bringing him closer. "Love…"

"No." She murmured against his mouth.

"Regina, I'm losing my bal-whoa!" Regina laughed happily as she felt the bed dip under his weight. She rolled herself on top of him, pressing him into the pillows, leaving their noses centimeters apart.

"Hello." She said softly, pressing another quick kiss to his mouth.

His cheeks rounded because of the smile on his face. "Hi." His hands came around them to rest on Regina's back. She sighed at the familiar pressure and tucked her head under his chin. "What's wrong?"

Turning her head, she dropped a kiss to his chest. "Nothing." She gave him a small, but happy smile. "Nothing at all. I'm…happy." She felt an uncomfortable stirring in her chest, like the beating of her heart was trying to tell her something. The uncomfortable twisting in her gut had nothing to do with her happiness, Regina told herself and it sounded strongly like a lie, even in her own mind.

"Mom, Dad? Are you coming down for breakfast?" Henry's head popped out from behind the door. His eyes lit up see his parents laying bed. "Cool! Breakfast in bed?" He ran in and jumped on the bed, laughing when his jump almost knocked his parents from their positions.

Daniel reached out to ruffle Henry's brown hair. "Son, I don't think-"

"You're Father can't carry all the food up himself." Regina butted in, sending a smile at her husband to show him that it was okay, just this once, for them to eat in bed. "He's going to need help."

"I can help, Dad." Henry grinned and rolled off the bed. Regina rolled her eyes playfully and moved off of Daniel so he could go with their son down to the kitchen to get their breakfast.

Her husband dipped his head, giving her one last chaste kiss before pulling away. "We'll be right back."

"I'm not alone. I'm not alone. I'm not alone."
