I woke up to black nothing-ness. The shadows surrounded me; holding me in their grasp. I struggled to find my senses, to remember, to understand what had happened. Suddenly the shadows vanished and I was laying on a darkened meadow of nightshade flowers, hellebore, and black roses. I recognized it as my home world, Mirrora. I stood up, my knees shaking as I fought against the waves of dizziness. When I was sure I wasn't going to fall down I noticed a man in a black cloak. It took me a minute to find my voice, but when I spoke it came out clear.

"Who are you?" I asked in complete confusion. The man walked closer and spoke with a deep voice.

"I am Xemnas, and you from now on will be called Soulixa, the Deadly Shadows." The man named Xemnas said. He held out his hand and a black void formed in front of us. He stepped in and motioned for me to follow. I didn't want to, but I did anyway, I was too dazed to do anything else. When I walked through the void I appeared in a large room surrounded by huge chairs. Xemnas was on the highest while the other chairs had 12 more strangers on them.

"Organization XIII, welcome the newest member, Soulixa the Deadly Shadows!" Xemnas called. The other started whispering, I could only catch a few words.

"—Princess Louisa—"

"—heart is beating!"

"—can't be…"

Suddenly the noise stopped.

"Soulixa, you will be trained by Marluxia until we find out what power you wield." Xemnas said to me. Another black portal appeared next to me and a cloaked man walked out.

"Meeting adjourned." Xemnas said and everyone except the cloaked man vanished.

"Where am I?" I asked desperately. The man pulled down his hood to reveal feathered pink hair and piercing blue eyes.

"The World That Never Was." He answered smoothly. That just made me more confused.

"Why am I here?" I asked, my emerald eyes blazed.

"To help us become whole again." He answered simply.

"And how, Delphi help me, am I going to do that? Hmm? Tell me; I don't know who I am, what type of life I had, or why I should even trust you!" I snarled. I was angry my body was shaking, and a familiar feeling washed through me. Soon I was on four large paws, in the body of a lioness.

Suddenly images flowed into my mind, vague but clear enough. It was me, younger playing with eight or nine other girls who looked similar. Then a woman came into view, her long black hair curled down to her waist and her kind midnight blue eyes glowed as she looked at us.
