Flowerstar: Hi! This is another one-shot that I've made. I hope you'll enjoy it! Anyway, this fic might be perfect for the summer. I got inspired from somewhere but if you want to know, e-mail me.
Disclaimer: I don't own Mario and the characters from the Mario games. I also don't own Peach's castle and Shroom Steak. I own nothing, actually.
Summer Sprinkler Party
The sun is shining onto Peach's castle and everyone who was invited is having fun, outside in the garden. The water flows out of the sprinkler and Wario is sitting on it. Mario tried to get his rival of it, Peach and Daisy were sitting on the bench next to the wooden table, Luigi is doing the barbeque, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Waluigi, Yoshi and Birdo were dancing to the music from the loud speakers and Toad and Toadette were lying on their sun beds, relaxing, wearing sunhats on their heads and sunglasses over their eyes.
"Get your butt off the sprinkler!" Mario shouted.
Wario got off it and the water splashed right into Mario's face. He was soaking wet. Drips from his hair and his clothes were dripping.
"Why, you!" He said in an annoyed tone. "You're going to pay for that!"
He got out a water balloon from his pocket and ran after his rival. Mario is chasing Wario, trying to throw water balloons at him. (A/N: Does this ring a bell?)
"STOP!" Wario yelled.
Mario then stood still and put his balloon in his pocket. His rival got out his bottle of water and walked closer to Mario.
"Oh, Mario! Are you thirsty?" Wario said, sarcastically, with a grin on his face.
"Yeah, I'm very thirsty from all that running!" Mario replied.
"Okay, then… DRINK THIS!"
Wario then dumped water on Mario. He was really soaking wet! Water from his hair, his red t-shirt and his blue and red shorts was dripping. (A/N: I got inspired from what happened at school. It was so funny!)
"Hey! What was that for!" The red-clad plumber exclaimed.
"Well, you said 'I'm very thirsty', so I dumped water on you." Wario said.
"That is not what I meant." Mario said in an irritated tone, still soaked all over.
"Well, it is still funny!" Wario said, between laughs.
"I'll show you 'funny'!"
Mario got out a water bomb again and ran after his rival. The red-clad plumber kept on throwing water balloons at Wario until they heard somebody shouted for them.
"Food's ready!" A voice bellowed.
Mario put his balloon back in his pocket and ran away. Wario followed him. Everyone was at the table, waiting for Mario, Wario and Luigi to sit. Mario and Wario quickly sprinted to the table and sat at their places. Luigi walked over, holding a plate of Shroom Steak and puts it on the table next to the other food. He took off his cook hat and the apron and sits with the rest of his friends. Lakitu flew down from no where, holding a fishing rod with a camera.
"Okay, is everyone ready?" Lakitu asked.
"Ready!" Everyone shouted, happily.
"Okay, everyone say 'Mushroom'!"
"Um… couldn't we say something else?" Peach questioned.
"You mean like, 'Mario Party' or 'Cheese on toast'?" Lakitu inquired.
"No, I mean like, 'Cheese'."
"Well, if you say so, say cheese!"
"Cheese!" Everybody hollered.
The camera flashed, really bright. Mario and his friends smiled while Daisy, Toad and Yoshi did a peace sign. Wario and Waluigi were doing 'bunny ears' above Mario and Luigi's head. Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong did the thumbs up sign. While the sun is shining luminously, this is the sprinkler party they'll never forget!
Flowerstar: Do you like it? Since the exams were finally finished and I completed Mario Party Advance before the first day of the tests, I can chill out and carry on doing more fics but I've got Work Experience so I don't need to go to school for 2 weeks! Yay! Anyway, I will try and update my first story.
