"Ah," Seto Kaiba sighed in relief that the day was finally over. After sitting through several boring meetings and finishing mountains of paperwork, he was ready to go home and just read a book. No. Scratch that. Maybe I'll just take a nap, he thought as he took the elevator down to the parking lots.

It took all of his willpower to not fall asleep in the limo as the driver took him home. When the driver pulled up to the mansion, he didn't even bother to say thank you or give the driver a tip, like he sometimes did. He walked straight to one of the more private living rooms and plopped down in a chair. He just felt his eyes closing when a high-pitched voice squealed, "Nii-sama!"

Kaiba let out a loud 'oomph' as Mokuba landed on top of his lap. "You're back from work! Can we play a game or something?" Mokuba asked, very excited. "Mokuba…" Kaiba groaned.

Mokuba must have realized that he was bothering his brother. "Sorry!" Mokuba said, scrambling off of Seto's lap and running to the couch. Seto expected that Mokuba would sit down and pull out a video game or something, but he didn't. Mokuba stood up on the couch cushions and jumped down behind the couch. Kaiba blinked a few times. Whatever. He was used to Mokuba and his antics by now.

Settling back in his chair again, Kaiba closed his eyes and almost fell asleep when he felt a presence near him. He cracked an eyelid. Sure enough, a pair of hazel eyes were staring at him from behind the couch. "Mokuba…? What are you doing?" Kaiba asked. Mokuba's head popped back under the couch. "Nothing!"

Maybe this time I'll be able to fall asleep… and he did…for a few minutes. He woke up and saw Mokuba staring at him with a pencil in his mouth. When he realized that his big brother was awake, Mokuba hid behind the couch again. This continued for quite a long time, each time Kaiba waking up more and more irritated and grouchy.

This time though, it was the last. Mokuba had actually walked up to the side of the chair and was studying Seto's face when he woke up. Kaiba growled. "Mokuba…" Seto said in a dangerous voice.

Mokuba let out a small 'eep' sound and started to run to the couch. "No! That's enough!" Kaiba grabbed Mokuba's sleeve and pushed him behind himself. "I'm going to find out what you are up to!" Kaiba started to stomp over to the couch. "No wait, Nii-sama! It's not finished yet!"

Ignoring his brother's warning, Kaiba arrived at the couch, and in irritation, picked up one end of the couch and threw it as far as he could (which wasn't very far…). What he found puzzled him.

There were pencil shavings all over the carpet that he knew wouldn't come out easily, an assortment of crayons, markers that had no caps on them, and in the middle of the mess was a white piece of paper. Kaiba picked it up. It was blank, but when he flipped it over to the back, he got the surprise of a lifetime.

On the back of the paper was an almost perfect replica of his face, only half in color, the rest still sketched in with pencil. Kaiba looked back at Mokuba, the paper still in his hand. "Mokuba…you drew this?" Kaiba asked.

"Well, yeah," he said, blushing. "but it's not finished yet, so I didn't want you to see it!" Mokuba looked down at the carpet and shifted his weight from one side to the other. Kaiba smiled, the first he had that week. He bent down and grabbed Mokuba in a tight hug.

"Thanks Mokie."

Mokuba started to tear up. "Nii-sama…you're welcome…"

This was something that also was thought of when I was hit with "THE LIGHTNING OF INSIPIRATION"! I hope you liked it!
