Love's Bind

Sunshine filled the horizon in the west, as Al and Ed approched the millitary campass. A cool breeze blew over Ed's head and down his neck. Mustang approched them with a calim look on his face.

"I see you have done what I have asked you to do. You get the week off."

"What? Finally we get the week off? Are you on something Mustang?" asked Ed

"No. I am strictly doing my job. Do you not want the week off?"

"No. No. Sir. We would love the vacation." said Al.

"Ok. Oh yea, before I forget. Ed, a young girl your age came by today. She is staying with Lt.Hawkeye. She really wants to see you. From what she said. Well must be going now. I have important things I have to do. Good day." Mustang walked away and got into the car. Ed looked over at Al with confusion.

"I wonder who that person could be. Probably Winrey."

"I don't think so brother. She is at home. I think i might have an idea of who this person might be though. You think it might be...Ryoko?"

"I TOLD YOU NEVER TO BRING HER NAME UP EVER AL!"

"Sorry brother but, you never know. She might have lived."

"She died and she is never coming back."

"You never know."

"No." Ed walked away with tears in his eyes. He walked on without Al and headed towards Lt. Hawkeye's room. Al turned around and saw a girl looked to be about 16 sitting on the foutain reading a book. Her hair was silver with blue strikes, she had on black baggy pants with a tight blue shirt. She leaned up and looked at Al with a kind gesture.

"Al! Come here! Don't you want to say Hi to me? It's me Ryoko."

"Ryoko? Oh my gosh it is you! what are you doing here?"

"Here to visit Ed and you. Is that a crime?"

"No just, Ed isn't very happy with what happend a while back."

"Why does he care? He has never cared for me. So, why now?"

"I don't know. You have to ask him. He went to go see you."

"I see..."

"So how are you from that?"

"I could have been better. I had All of my ribs broke, I lost eye sight in one eye, My left leg was shattered." Ryoko lifted up her shirt and her pants leg to show Al. Al's eye's filled with tears.

"Are you ok? Nothing to be crying about. So I have a metal leg like your brother use to have. So what! I'm as healthy as a horse."

"I'm not crying over that."

"Then why are you crying?"

"Well, when me and brother found your body, you weren't breathing. You had no pulse but, now you are here talking to me again? I must be dreaming or it is a mircle."

"I believe this might fall under mircle."

"Ed really does care for you. He even loves you still. Even after what happend."

"Oh really?" Ryoko turned around and had tears fall down her face. Al went to place his hand on her until he heard Ed's voice.

"AL! I'm sorry about what happend. Please forgive me." yelled Ed from across the court yard. He ran up beside Al. "Who's that?" Ryoko turned and looked at him after she dried her tears up. "Ryo? Is that you?"

"Who else would it be?" Ryoko hugged him tightly. Ed began to cry and hugged her tightly. "I can't breath!" said Ryoko jokeingly.

"Sorry. It has just been so long since I last saw you. I have missed you so much and I even..."

"Even what?"

"I even..." Ed was intrrupted by the sound of Mustang's car. The breaks scretched when it stopped and It released alot of smoke. Mustang got out of the car and walked towards Ed and them.

"So you have seen your guest."

"Yes sir we have."

"I hope your stay has been pleasent so far Tinker Bell."

"Yes Moo Moo." snirled Ryoko as she glared at him.

"Why did you call her Tinker Bell?"

"That is her nickname."

"And your's is Moo Moo?"

"Yes."

"But why does she call you Moo Moo? And why do you call her Tinker Bell?"

"Well, I have to have some weird nickname for my older brother."

"YOUR WHAT?"

"Yes, me and Ryoko are sister and brother. Why is that so shocking?"

"Because we never knew that! How come you never told us?"

"We figured you knew already."
