Summary---The next Gilmore girl, Rory's child. In some ways like Lorelai and in some like Emily. How will the Gilmore's deal with the new addition to the family?

Small note: Logan, Jess and Dean will not be appearing in this story, Rory's with someone new. It pains me to say it, but Luke is married to someone else! I had to get him out so I could focus on Rory though. Sorry JavaJunkies! Please comment!

Lorelai was crying and barely able to talk through her tears. She looked around at who was there. Luke, Patty, Babette, Emily, Richard, Lane, Taylor, Kirk, Chris, and everyone else that Rory knew. Emily was crying and Richard looked very proud of his daughter. Suddenly, Lorelai longed for that from her parents. However, she knew they just weren't close. She decided to put her mind off of it, this was a big day for her 23 year-old daughter, she could think about that some other time. She glanced over at Rory's father who just sat there smiling. You may kiss the bride. Lorelai heard and the tears flowed more freely after she saw Rory kiss her new husband. She couldn't believe how beautiful Rory looked standing there. A wave of sadness washed over her when she realized her daughter was getting married before her, something she wished didn't have to happen. Rory was also getting teary, and as soon as she could she hugged her mother. Lorelai sighed.
I guess your all grown up now aren't you? She asked but instead of a question it came out as a statement. Rory didn't respond she just looked at her mother and shrugged. When Rory was taken away by all the guests, Lorelai looked around at the wedding decorations. White and blue were the main colors and the cake looked amazing. She saw Emily coming towards her.

"Hello Lorelai." Her mother simply said.

"Hello Mother."

"Great wedding. Too bad you never got one. I never would have thought my grandchild would have her wedding before my daughter." Emily said.

"What a nice comment."

"Lorelai, I didn't mean to be rude. I was just stating that your daughter is having her wedding before you have your own." Emily stated.

"You think I didn't notice? Please Mom, let's just enjoy this." Lorelai begged.

"Okay, we will. I'm going to find Richard to dance. Enjoy yourself."Emily responded before walking off. Lorelai shook her head and sighed. It also became clear Lorelai was not Emily. Not like she didn't already know that. She looked around at the wedding. It all looked so elegant, so sophisticated, and so fancy, something Lorelai really hadn't thought her daughter wouldn't want. Yet, Rory wasn't Lorelai, and even though they shared the love of coffee, they didn't share every love. Lorelai smiled at her daughter dancing with her new husband and cutting the cake. Then she noticed that she wasn't looking at Rory Gilmore. She was looking at Rory Siles. Lorelai usually had a comment for everything, but she didn't have one for that.

------------

When Lorelai arrived home, she was lonely. It wasn't like she hadn't been, Rory had been living with Brian for 9 months now. Except that night felt more lonely then any other night in her life. She realized she was really alone. Rory had Brian, she didn't have anyone. She wouldn't let herself mope though. She grabbed the coffee she had gotten on the way home from the wedding and sat on the couch with the TV on. Still, she wanted company. Flicking off the TV, she thought about Luke. He was married to Sarah, a woman who had just moved into town. Lorelai shrugged the thought away and headed for bed.
