A young man named Johnny was kicked out of his home. One night when he was at the the beach, a man emerged from the water offering Johnny shelter. Johnny then passed out, soon to wake up in a strange Academy.

Dear reader,

Hello! Konichiwa! Whatever way you greet people! You haven't heard from me in quite a, while right? Well here I am like 4 years later. So yeah, I made this fanfic called "The Adventures of Link, and Sonic". I know it sucked, and it sucked hard. The story literally didn't live up to the (somewhat) amazing title. I felt the Idea worked, but the beast evolved into something greater that I couldn't control.

So, for quite a while I sat, and tried to develop the story into a more cohesive plot, and make a title that tells you more about the story than the old one did. However, now I have a better grasp of the language, and learned that using the f-word is plain unappealing, along with the flat out terrible grammar. So, I made a better title, and a better story (with the same premise as the old one) with (a little) less cursing.

Now remember the god of light Zandrose whom I turned into stone, and know nothing of him because I never got to his exposition? No, you say? Good! I changed that. What about that bar scene? No? The Nerd? No, once more. Great! Then I can change things greatly with a (somewhat) positive impact.

The reason I'm using somewhat is because I'm now skeptical about how people will feel about this fanfic. It may seem like a terrible story with fan characters, but let me say this, the only unoriginality about this story is the universe the story takes place in.

By the time you read this account the old story would be deleted, and the first chapter is still being typed. So, I hope you enjoy this new story I am titling "The heroes of light".

The original characters starred in this story are Johnny, Jackie, and Collin. With this story, we are going to start at the "Light Academy" where Zandrosian students are given the strengths, the smarts, and the morals needed to be qualified into the "Light council". The Light council is where the all-star Zandrosians go to fight for the safety of other worlds. Collin won't be introduced for a while. Hold on! Don't get scared about the past happening again like freaking "Groundhog Day". Because I am doing something different. Once a week I am going to release one long, and awesome chapter to keep myself on schedule.

In any case that leaves Johnny, and Jackie. They are the first characters to be introduced. These two are what the story is centered around, but more Johnny is a little more important. "Who are these characters?" I hear you asking. Read the story, get immersed! You will love the characters more than me just writing some stupid description about the guys (which I'm guilty of in any sense). So, when you read this I already have gotten rid of all the old content my page had.

I'm excited about this! Aren't you? So, shoutouts to the people who liked the old story because this one's for you. Treat this like an Author's note type of thing
