A/N: Time line is Valentine's Day on this. I don't know *shrugs*
It was a normal day at the Sabertooth Guild, normal meaning that everyone was getting Valentine Cards from fans, other guilds, or just creepy people. Most of them were from creepy people that were saying very dirty things that shall not be revealed. Everyone was sitting in the meeting room, and Rogue was wearing a grin on his face.
Sting frowned. "What are you smiling about?" he snapped as Rogue looked at him, wearing a smug look. Before the Shadow Dragon could answer, a voice caught both of their attention.
"Oh wow! These cards are amazing! They smell just like my favorite perfume!" Yukino exclaimed running to where the two boys were standing. Sting and Rogue both smiled until their eyes widened as they saw two cards in her hand.
Sting slowly turned to look at Rogue, his eyes filled with fury. It was a 'Did you give Yukino that card?!' look. Sting felt like he was going to scream. Why?! WHY?! It just wasn't fair! And, it was definitely Rogue who gave her the other card!
There goes his chances at finding his true love.
The two were so busy glaring at each other, that they did not notice until a voice broke them from their train of thoughts. "Who gave them to you?" Lector asked as Yukino looked down at the red exceed. A green chalkboard magically appeared right behind Yukino as you could see many faces of many Guild members.
"Well, I know it's expensive," she said trailing off as many faces disappeared on the chalkboard. "And, they know I like strawberry perfume, I wear it everyday," Yukino added as many other faces disappeared. She then snapped her fingers. "It must be Lucy Heartfilia and Natsu Dragneel!" Yukino exclaimed happily as Sting and Rogue's mouths dropped.
"What makes you think that?" Frosch asked looking at Yukino who blinked.
"Oh, well, Lucy knows how much I like my perfume, and, Natsu seems kind of rich I guess…." she said trailing off looking at the two cats. "Maybe the card isn't from Natsu,"
Yukino started, her voice filled with excitement. "But the princess instead!"
'Why does she think Natsu's rich?' the twin dragon's thought, sweat pouring down their faces.
"Why would two girls give you a Valentine?" Lecter asked looking at Yukino with a frown as Rogue and Sting's souls were drifting from their bodies.
"Well.. I don't know. I'm not them," Yukino stated, pushing her white hair behind her ear with a shrug. "Maybe they're friend letters?"
Frosch took the letter from Yukino and stared. "This looks Rogue's handwriting," the cat pointed out as Yukino tilted her head while Rogue snapped out of it and beamed.
"You're right… it does. Then who's is this?" she asked herself pulling out a magnify glass and looking at the paper. "It kind of looks like Sting's," the Celestial Wizard muttered as Lector grabbed the paper out of her hand.
"Ha! It looks like his handwriting, but Sting could never write something this romantic!" the red cat yelled laughing as Sting glared. Lector stopped realizing that Sting wrote the card due to the glare he gave him.
"Neither can Rogue. I've seen those two trying to write a letter to the Fairy Tail Guild and Natsu came in asking for a fight saying they insulted someone. They're just sort of dumb when it comes to love," Yukino pointed out as Rogue sobbed and Sting folded his arms.
Minerva crossed her arms. "You're an idiot."
"Eh?" Yukino asked looking at Minerva with a frown.
Minerva sighed. Let's hope Christmas was better.
