Preface
Lizzi POV
I could not help the beating of my heart that raced so wildly I thought it would burst. My blue eyes were probably shifting around as I tried to think of a plan.
I ran as fast as I could with rain drops and my own tears mixing together blurring my eyes. I knew that if he caught up with me there would be no choice but to give in.
My light brown hair shoulder length hair flowed behind me as the wind blew through it. I reached for my wand in my pocket only to find that it was missing.
I must've left it back at the burrow I think. I stop only for a moment to think but I hear his foot steps pounding into the puddles and mud. "Lizzi!" He screamed.
She remembered his face as she ran out the door. It was a mixture of total shock and pain. She ran a few more feet but fell over a tree root. She cried out in pain as her ankle twisted.
She finally gave up. He caught up to her and held her close as she wisped she was sorry. He looked at her and wiped away the water on her face and as he leaned in closer to kiss her lips she met him half way knowing she failed. She did what she promised herself she would never do.
She gave in…. she fell in love with Albus Potter… her best friend.
