Brooke smiled as she walked through the airport. She was excited this was the first time she had been back to tree hill since they all graduated four years ago. Since then she has made a name for herself with her fashion company 'Clothes Ova Bro's'. She walked past the sign in the airport that read 'Welcome to Tree Hill', that sign made her feel like she was back where she belonged she felt like she was home.
She saw her best friend Peyton Sawyer waiting for her, and smiled when she saw that she still had her blonde curly hair even though it had a hint of brown in it now. Peyton had been home now for 2 years everyone said that she came home for Lucas Scott but surprised everyone including Brooke that she was engaged to Jake Jagielski.
Haley James- Scott and Nathan Scott were still married and happy, with a son James Lucas Scott. Brooke missed him a lot, she always called him and gave him presents on his birthday but it wasn't the same as seeing him and being able to take him out, or have him sleep over. Haley now taught at Tree Hill High as an English literature teacher. Nathan was now assistant coach to the Ravens, after his accident Nathan was a mess all he did was drink and sleep. He soon got himself clean up when Haley and Jamie moved out for a while.
Lucas Scott published his book ravens, which was all about his love for Peyton. It got to number one New York Times best seller list. He is now engaged to his editor Lindsey Strauss. After him and Peyton broke up he moved to new York for a couple of months, after his book got published and everything died down for Lucas he moved back to Tree Hill and lived in Karen's house, Karen was travelling the world with Lily and Andy.
"Hey " Peyton whispered as she hugged Brooke
"Hey , how's Jake and Jenny?" Brooke asked
"How about we get going and I'll tell you in the car"
Peyton wrapped her arm around Brooke's shoulders while Brooke wrapped her arm around Peyton's waist, the two girl's turned around and saw the advertisement for Clothes Ova Bro's.
"You did good " while looking and the sign. Brooke looked at the sign
"Yeah" Brooke replied with a sad smile on her face
"Welcome home Brooke" Peyton said as she led Brooke away from the sign, to take her back home.
