Chocolate Thief
"Benjy!" Gideon shouted, a scowl on his face. "Where did you put the chocolate frogs I gave you earlier?"
No answer.
"Benjy! I know you have them, you git!"
No answer.
Gideon stalked through the flat they shared, searching out his wayward boyfriend. He had a feeling he knew exactly where his chocolate frogs had gone; Benjy's stomach.
Unsurprisingly, he found Benjy in the bedroom, wiping quickly at his hands with a towel.
"Benjy? Where are my chocolate frogs?"
"Ah. Um... Well, you see..."
"You ate them, didn't you?" Gideon accused, glaring.
"I was... um... hungry?"
"So you are my frogs? Dammit, Benjy!"
"I'm sorry," Benjy murmured, looking down, guilt etched on his face.
Gideon could feel himself caving to the puppy eyes, knowing that Benjy really did feel guilty. He supposed he should have known it would happen. Trusting Benjy with chocolate was a fool's goal. He knew that, he'd just been optimistic about the outcome.
"Come here," Gideon muttered, holding his arm out. Benjy slipped into his arms like he belonged there, which, in all honesty, he did. Gideon pressed a kiss to the slightly pouting lips. They tasted like chocolate. Gideon grinned. "I suppose I'll just have to eat them off you instead."
Gideon woke slowly, warm and comfortable but feeling like something was missing. It didn't take long to work out what. Benjy had left their bed before him, a surprise as Gideon could count the amount of times that had happened before on one hand.
He didn't have time to wonder where his boyfriend had disappeared too though, as the bedroom door creaked, showing a smiling Benjy carrying a bag.
A Honeydukes bag.
"Chocolate frogs," Benjy announced, looking proud of himself. "I, uh, though I could eat the chocolate off you, this time."
Gideon laughed, pulling Benjy back onto the bed, chocolate forgotten. His boyfriend might be a chocolate thief, but Gideon wouldn't change him for the world.
