It is early in the morning. I wake up on Haruka's chest, rising and falling with each breath. She looks so peaceful when she sleeps, my Haruka. Sometimes, I can't help but to wonder what she dreams about. Does she still dream to become the wind?

Watching her sleep like this does make me feel lonely, as watching me daydream makes her. Loneliness. It seems that we were destined to be alone. Even now that we are separated by just our clothes, and not by the wide dusty stretches of space, we sometimes feel just as lonely.

In the Sliver Millennium, we met by chance. At the celebration of the birth of Princess Serenity, we happened to arrive at the same time. The scent of the wind seemed to fill the area around Sailor Uranus. Even to this day, Haruka still smells the same.

We spent the entire day together, talking about anything we could. Even though we had just met, being with Sailor Uranus felt right. It was as though we had known each other our whole lives. As if we were two halves of the same person.

When I returned to my castle, it was somehow lonelier than I remembered. I realized just how lonely it was without anyone else there besides Guardian Neptune. This was when I started using my mirror to sneak peeks of Sailor Uranus.

Sadly though, the next time we saw each other was when the Sliver Millennium ended.

I don't remember how I awoke as Sailor Neptune, though I remember making myself one promise. I vowed that I would find Sailor Uranus and never let her go.

My thoughts are disrupted as I catch Haruka's eyes slowly open. "Good morning, Haruka."

Haruka smiles, still sleepy. She wraps her arms around me as she kisses me. "Mornin', Michiru."

I rest my head on her chest again. Her scent makes me smile like a little girl. "Haruka, let's spend the rest of the morning like this."

"Sounds great, but why?" Haruka gasped. "Is it your birthday?"

I shake my head. "No Haruka." I look up and kiss her lips.

Haruka smirks, her eyes sparkling. "Is it my birthday?"

"Not your birthday either." I laugh.

Haruka raises an eye brown in confusion. "Then why?"

"Oh Haruka…."

My first attempt at a Sailor Moon one shot. You'd think I would've done one by now, but yeah...never got around to it...

I also decided to write in first person and in present tense, which I've done once before I think.

I actually wrote this with someone in mind, but I wont say who. All I can say is that I really like her and I hope she feels the same!

The song I listened to was "Kaze mo Sora mo Kitto..." which translates to "The Wind, the Sky, Surely...".
