Single-awareness Day (?)

Chapter One: First Couple
Wakana Koharu x Takami Ichiro
One afternoon, as Wakana Koharu, the manager of Oujo White Knights walks along the corridor all the way to her classroom, noticed that couples were everywhere and she wondered why.
"Good afternoon, Wakana-chan!"- the four-eyed quarterback greeted her. And he then, walked along with her.
"Good afternoon, Takami-kun."- she replied.
"So, do you have date for tonight?"- he asked.
'Huh? Date? What for?'- she wondered.
"You forgot, eh?"- he said.
"Forgot what, Takami-kun?"- she was actually a bit puzzled.
"The Valentine's Celebration of Oujo this evening."-
"Oh. That celebration. Well, actually I'm not coming. Valentine's Day is only for couples, you know. As you can see, I'm single and not yet ready to be taken. And I have things to do tonight. Remember, we have a practice game with Deimon this weekend."-
"Yeah. I know that but Wakana-chan, relax a bit. You're stressing yourself out. And let me tell you something, Valentine's Day is for everyone, come."- he said while placing his hand on Wakana's shoulders.
"Alright, let's say I will come but I don't have a date. I can't stand seeing couples doing lovey-dovey, oh I don't know. It makes me feel so lonely."- she sighed.
"Lonely?"-
"Uhmm. I mean, single."- she smiled.
"I have an idea. "-
"Hmm?"-
"Why don't you come with me tonight? I'll pick you up at your house at 8:00 sharp. See ya later!"- he said and dashed quickly away from Wakana. He can't let her see him blushing.
"S-Sure."- she said as her face turned red.
