Disclaimer: I don't own Supernatural or the character Adam Milligan.
There was no fire in Hell.
That was the funniest part, in Adam's opinion. Isn't that basically the entire concept of hell? Fire and pain?
So Adam laughs at the irony. Meat hooks yank at his lips as he shakes with mirth, and Adam could almost be unbothered about the warm stickiness that seeps from his torn lips. Mild annoyance at this point really. He'd do something about it if his arm wasn't so mutilated. Maybe he'd be able to wipe all that blood off without smearing pieces of flesh all over his face.
Sometimes Adam catches himself crying, although he could never be sure if it was from the all the laughing or all of the hiccupped begging.
In the smallest corner of Lucifer's cage, Adam Milligan will always laugh. It's just ironic, that's all.
If there was no fire in Hell then why did Adam still burn?
