He looked out of the open window. His misty eyes scanning the trees covered in pink blossoms, surrounded in a dark haze from the early morning drizzle.
He remembered her. As if she was that tree, and the haze that surrounded her was him. Only to be cleared by the sun rays. Erasing every trace of the gray sadness which washed over every petal and leaf.
"Kana." He signed. Closing his eyes. "I feel as I am again remembering you, as you will never know me."
A faint breeze tousled his hair into his face, and he closed his eyes, and stepped away from the window. As his back turned, a small peak of sunlight brushed its way from the behind the ominous clouds.
