Third Wheel in a More than Three
Ruko was nice to everyone. Hitoe was nice to everyone as well. That didn't mean they were a good match…
But, honestly, who was she to begrudge her two friends. She was accounted for after all and it was a well known fact that two in a group of three often found themselves together. Even if they a group of girls, and technically it was a group of six since they had their three LRIGs too…or seven if you threw in Kazuki…
But really, Ruko and Hitoe were cute together, they deserved to be together and she should be perfectly happy for them. In fact, she was lucky as far as the third in group of three went, considering there were more than three total and someone had already stolen her heart…
And yet she was still jealous. Not because she was falling out of love, because she wasn't. But because her wish hadn't come true yet and this was Hitoe's – or not even that. She wasn't as petty as that. Good for Hitoe. Honestly. Good for Ruko too.
But they were in love and together and she was in love and still separated from the person she loved, and that was the bit that came to bite whenever the three of them got together.
