Sometime is not easy, I've been a couple of times. :(

Richie Cunningham was reading his math book for collage before dinner. "Richard, can you can get Arthur, it's time to eat." Richie's mom Marion told her son as Richie stood up.

"Sure mom." Richie said before leaving the house and went up to Fonzie's apartment and he knocked on the door. "Fonzie, mom said it's time for dinner!"

Then he saw Fonzie open the door.

"Tell her I aintin hungry." Fonzie said before turning around.

Richie knew something was wrong with his best friend, who was like his big brother epically after his older brother Chuck moved away.

"F-Fonzie, you uh…you ok?" Richie asked walking inside, shutting the door.

"I'm fine Rich." Fonzie lied.

"Are you sure?" Richie asked.

Fonzie lets out a sigh.

"What's going on with you?" Richie asked.

Then Fonzie clutched his fists into Richie's shirt.

"How about you mind ya own business huh Red?" Fonzie asked angry.

Richie gave him the puppy eyes making Fonzie calm down and let go of him.

"Sorry Rich, I just…I'm not with it today." Fonzie told him.

"Why? You can tell me, I'm your best friend." Richie says. "We're like brothers."

Fonzie smiled a little and looked up at the younger boy.

"Ok, I'll tell you kid." Fonzie said as he sat down on his coffee table. "Richie, I am um…I'm depressed."

Richie felt bad for his friend.

"Depressed?" Richie asked sitting next to him. "Fonzie, what are you depressed about?" He asked worrying.

"It's my ma…my grandma call me last week saying that my own ma remarried to this creep and had a son." Fonzie told him. "And she loves him more than I do, grandma said she loves both me and the kid…but I don't believe it."

Richie lets out a sad sigh.

"Fonzie, I'm sorry you feel that way. But your grandma is right, you mom does love you." Richie told him.

"Love me!? How does a mother loves her own kid and then just walked out on him making feel all alone-!" Fonzie snapped, but stopped.

"Oh I get it, you're mad at your mother because she has a child and you feel like she loves him more than you." Richie said.

"Wow Red, you just get smarter ever second." Fonzie says scarasmly.

"Fonzie, you have a real family who loves you!" Richie said. "Mom, dad, Joanie, Chuck, and epically me!"

Fonzie looks up at Richie.

"Who looks up to ya, who idolizes you." Richie started. "How can you not see that we actually do care and love you huh?"

Fonzie took a sip of his beer.

"Come here, let me hit you in the face for snapping at the Fonz like that." Fonzie said putting his beer on the table.

"Ok, a hit a brother you never had." Richie said backing up.

"Actually I do, half-brother." Fonzie said.

"Yeah ok sure, but I…who you see as a big brother." Richie said. "We're like brothers instead of best friends."

Fonzie lets out a sigh.

"Ever since Chuck left, I went to you for my problems, cause I knew you'd be there for me." Richie added. "And I want be just like you, cause you're strong."

Fonzie looks down, closing his eyes, trying to stop the tears from coming.

"I love you as a big brother, and…my family and I are so glad we have you in our lives." Richie says.

"Really?" Fonzie asked quietly.

"Of course." Richie said.

Then Fonzie looks up at Richie.

"You really see me as ya big brother?" Fonzie asked.

"Yes, I admire you." Richie told him.

Then Fonzie took a sip of his beer and set it down on the table, taking a big breath before walking over to Richie and pulling him for a big hug and lets go.

"Thanks…little brother." Fonzie says.

Richie smiled at him.

"Anytime big brother." Richie repiled as Fonzie smiled.

"Come on, let's go down for lunch." Fonzie said putting his arm around the younger boy.

Then they went down to eat dinner.
