Disclaimer: I don't own Tawnypaw or Tigerstar.
Wrong
I never left for this. I never left ThunderClan so I could see this… this… horror. How could a cat who called himself a leader do this to other cats? This is wrong. How could he do this?
Tawnypaw had left ThunderClan so she could be free. So she could feel excepted and not judged by her father's actions. She had heard bits and pieces of her father had done, but she had always shrugged it off. Until Firestar told her and her brother the whole story. Then all the things cats said made sense. Everyone thought she and her brother would end up just like their father. A murdering traitor filled with pride and ambition. She didn't want to be judged by what Tigerstar had done. So she left. She left her brother and her mother and gone to ShadowClan where she hoped she would be wanted. But now…
How could my father do this? Is everything the elders said true? Will I end up just like him?
The apprentice gazed at the camp she was standing in. It wasn't hers. It wasn't ShadowClan's camp. It was RiverClan's camp. They shouldn't be here, but yet there they were. ShadowClan warriors. Cats Tawnypaw had come to know and like. There they were. Lounging around the camp, gorging themselves on RiverClan's prey while Leopardstar just sat their and let them.
I guess they were right about my father. He is a murderous traitor driven by his ambition to be the most powerful cat in the forest.
Tawnypaw's horror-filled green eyes gazed around the wrecked camp until they came to rest on the cat she called her father. There he was, in all his glory, perched atop a pile of bones resembling Great Rock. This was so wrong. Her father, the cat she had left her brother to be with, ruled over ShadowClan and RiverClan from a hill of cat and prey bones.
I feel so bad for RiverClan. How could Leopardstar just sit there and let Tigerstar do this to her Clan? I always thought she would be strong enough to protect her Clan. I guess not.
Tawnypaw turned her back on the carnage of the RiverClan camp. A cold wind blew through the forest, and she shivered. At that moment, she made a vow to herself. She would never become like her father. She would become a great warrior, be a service to her Clan, and obey StarClan. She would make ShadowClan proud, but not in the same way her father had. She flattened her ears against her head and stared into the starry night sky.
StarClan, the elders said that I would end up like Tigerstar… I won't. I'll do everything I can to be great, but I'm not like him! How dare he destroy RiverClan like this? No, I'm going to be different. I'm going to be a great warrior, StarClan. I promise to make my Clan proud. I promise.
