Story: Eragon sighed at the sight of Arya walking away only moments after she rejected him. Suddenly he heard a sigh next to him. It was Dooley gazing into his piercing blue eyes. He had forgotten his early affair with Dooley before he had ever met Arya.
"Wow Dooley! You've changed so much! I haven't seen you in months!" remarked Eragon gazing back into her shining green eyes.
"It's been too long Eragon."
"I've missed you!"
"I have too, but it looks like you've found someone to keep you company….." stated Dooley, sneering at Arya's back.
"No…no…no…sh-she's no one."
"Then why are you sweating…and stuttering?"
"Alright, I really liked her but she's too old. I never stopped thinking of you though, if that counts for anything…"
"It counts a little. I never got any letters though."
"I apologize. I was always on the run, so I never got a chance."
"Fine, apology accepted. Please don't let it happen again." said Dooley flirtatiously smirking at Eragon.
"Would you like to have a picnic with me tonight…over on the cliff?"
"That's so sweet! I'd love to!"
"Fantastic!" Eragon exclaimed.
Later that night…
Holding hands and slowly walking to their destination, Dooley remarked,
"Oh Eragon! It's beautiful! All these candles are so romantic!"
"Perfect. That's just how I just wanted it to be."
"It's, it's…OH ERAGON!" Dooley screeched leaping into Eragon's arms.
"Well…I think you took that rather well!" Eragon sarcastically remarked.
"But how did you get it all here?"
"Magic!" replied Eragon wiggling his fingers in the air.
"Of course!"
"I'm glad you like it Dooley."
"Me too…"
