The Avengers are back from their mission in Argentina. Director Fury decided for them to rest in 4 weeks but all of them hesitated.
"I know you are the Avengers but an order is an order and I am the director." Fury said in a cold, almost yelling voice. All 6 of them groaned especially Natasha because she always wants to go to a mission with or without rests. Steve also groaned because he has nothing to do at his room at the Avengers Tower. All of them got to the tower through the couch. Steve is reading a book called "Divergent", Natasha's in the kitchen making a coffee to relieve her stress, Bruce is also in the kitchen drinking his tea,Thor is eating poptarts in the couch, while Clint and Tony have bets in who in one of them is going to win in the sparring match. Tony got bored and went to his lab, well, his and Bruce's lab. He went to examine his new experiment. He thinks it is another new thing that he will be worried at but that's nonsense to him.
"Jarvis, call Bruce, Steve, Natasha, Pepper, Clint, and Thor. And especially Bruce." He said with happiness in his voice.
"Yes, sir. Should I tell them about this new experiment you have been working on?" Jarvis asked.
"Nope. Just call them and let me do the talking." Tony said to Jarvis with excitement in his voice. Not more than one minute, Bruce, Natasha, Clint, Steve, Pepper, and Thor went in the lab in the same time.
"What is this, Stark?" Natasha asked with an annoyed tone in her voice.
"This is a new experiment I have been working since, let me think, last month? But the cool part is, it's done!" Tony said with joy.
"Tony, is this something I should be worried about?" Bruce asked with an uncomfortable tone in his voice.
"No, this is something I should be worried about but doesn't matter. Now, I got to test this." Tony said as he held his experiment. 'This is slippery.' Tony thought as it slid on his hands, down through the ground. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" He yelled as it cracked and turned out to be broken. A big fog is spread through the room, all of them was coughing especially Tony. After all the fog was gone, all of them felt sleepy and immediately fell on the ground as they sleep.
Few hours later, Maria Hill walked through the living room and was looking for the Avengers.
"Jarvis, where are the Avengers?" She asked.
"They're all in the lab room, Miss Hill." Jarvis said. Maria walk straight through the lab until she realizes something and stop from walking.
She asked, "How about Miss Potts?"
"Also in the lab, Agent Hill."
"What happened? Why are they all there?" This confused her because Peper doesn't go there much especially with all the Avengers. She ran into the lab and found all of them on the floor. She quickly check their hearts if they are still breathing. She let out a sigh of relief. She called Fury.
"Hello, Director Fury, this is Agent Hill."
"Why the hell did you call me for? This should be a good reason, Hill."
"Sir., I found the Avengers in Tony's Lab. It appears that they are in a hypersleep."
"How long will they be in sleep?"
"In about 4 or 5 hours, Sir."
"Okay. Send them in my office now!" Fury said as they hung up. She let out a nervous sigh.
