A poem for everyone who read my fics.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
'Twas the night before Christmas
and all through my house,
not a creature was stirring,
except for the computer mouse.
The stockings were hung
by the chimney with care,
in hopes Santa
would put TTT EE DVD in there.
The fanfics were saved
to post the next morning,
While reviewers waited
in sleepful wondering.
My computer on shutdown
and I in my cap,
had just settled down
for a short little nap
When out on the lawn
there arose such a clatter
I sprang from the couch
to see what was the matter.
Away to the window
I flew in a flash
bumping the Christmas tree
as I passed.
And the moon on the breast
Of the new fallen snow
Gave lustre of midday
to objects below,
Then some amazing miracle
what did appear?
A miniature sleigh and
eight tiny reindeer
With a little young driver
so lively a quick
I knew in a moment,
OMG! IT'S PIP!
More rapid than eagles,
His reindeer they came,
And he whistled and shouted
And called them by name,
" Now Dasher! Now Dancer!
Now Prancer and Vixen!
On Comet! On Cupid!
On Donner and Blitzen!
Up the porch, Up the West wing!
Here we go on our
Mission....quest......Thing!"
I ran into the house,
And the first thing I see,
Is a little hobbit
with very big feet.
He had Santa's bag
over his little shoulder,
compared to him
it looked like a big boulder!
He set down the toys
and Lo and behold!
My DVD in my stocking
just as I was told!
But it confused me,
this wonderful sight.
But Pippin as Santa
Just wasn't right.
"Hey! Sal!" he said
as I stared at him blankly
"Hey Sal!" He said again
"I want to bring you somewhere
with me!"
I nodded
and without hesitation,
I jumped in the sleigh,
for a small demonstration,
We did a loop-de-loop
and a few sharp turns
before out of my mouth
came these words,
"Thank for the
most wonderful reviews!
that's why me and Pip
wrote the poem for you
and for all of the others,
not reading my fics,
I hope you know!
I wish EVERYONE
who reads this
A Merry Christmas
And a happy new year too!"
