Here Comes My Happy Ending
Part 2: Surprise!
"Father! May I ask what you are doing here?" Draco inquired, trying to get his father to butt out of his life, for once.
"I just came over to see what was going on with you and Hermione," Lucius said, patting Hermione on the shoulder and smiling at them both, "and I'm glad that I came as soon as I did to get these intruders out of your home." He finished, glaring at Harry and Ron, with his wand still pointing at the both of them, but low enough where Hermione or Draco couldn't see.
"Mr. Malfoy! What a pleasure to have you here!" Hermione began, before Lucius cut her off saying, "Hermione! How many times have I told you to either call me 'Father' or 'Lucius', not Mr. Malfoy. You are part of the family!"
"At least a billion times, Mr." But Hermione caught herself and said, "Lucius" just to make Harry and Ron furious.
Lucius attention was drawn back to Harry and Ron when he heard their grunts.
"Do you mind if I send them into Azkaban as Death Eaters, Hermione?" He asked, wanting to know what she would say.
"Ron, I don't mind, but the Dementors will kill Harry just as soon as he arrives. But tell Fudge that Harry is a Death Eater, and have a hunt on him. Go ahead and put Ron in Azkaban as a Death Eater."
With that, Lucius' wand was raised and Ron was now in Azkaban and Harry in the run from the Ministry. But the first place he ran was to the Weasley's.
Hermione, Draco, and Lucius all knew that Harry would run to the Weasley's, so they went there, too.
Harry arrived just before they did, and hid up in Ron's room. When Mrs. Weasley heard a knock on they door, she was surprised that Hermione was there with Draco and Lucius Malfoy.
"Mrs. Weasley," Hermione began slowly, not wanting to take her by alarm, "Ron has been sent to Azkaban because he is a Death Eater." With that, Mrs. Weasley fell to the floor, and Lucius caught her before she hit the ground and carried her in.
Once inside, Hermione told them all that Harry and Ron are both Death Eaters, and how Ron was caught, but how Harry is running from the Ministry.
"I have a Search Warrant to look around this place, along with Hermione and Draco helping me." Lucius flashed the signed document and headed upstairs, with Hermione and Draco on his heals.
"Oh no!" Thought Harry as he heard footsteps coming in the direction of Ron's old room, "they found me! But I thought that the Weasley's wouldn't squeal on me, unless…" But Harry couldn't finish his though for the door to the bedroom was flung open. There stood Hermione, Mr. Malfoy, and Draco, all three of them glaring at him.
"We thought that you would be a lot harder to find, Mr. Potter," Lucius sneered, "But at least we found you, and without trouble at that."
"I don't know what I did for the Ministry to be after me, Mr. Malfoy," Harry said sarcastically, "But I think that you should have knocked before you entered the room. Don't you know your manners?" He sneered.
"Harry," Hermione said, as she and Draco kept Lucius from killing Harry, "I think that it is you who should remember your manners, not Lucius." She retorted, knowing how to make Harry mad.
"You filthy little Mudblood" Harry screamed at the top of his lungs, causing Hermione to let go of Lucius in shock, but also causing Lucius and Draco to pin Harry down to the ground.
"Hermione! Apparate back to the Ministry and have Fudge meat us at Azkaban!" Lucius yelled, as he apparated himself, Harry and Draco to Azkaban.
Hermione nodded her head 'yes' and went downstairs to where the Weasley's sat, petrified with fear.
"Mr. Harry Potter has been taken to Azkaban. You do not need to fret about the two killers anymore." And with that, Hermione apparated herself into Fudge's office.
