Oneshot, Thinking.
Hello everyone! Once again, it is I, the author of Her Eyes and The Nalu Fanfic.
This is my second one shot. I wrote it a while back, not intending it to have anything to do with FT, but oh well.

That stupid little feeling that I should look out for you, even when you storm out, leaving the doors swinging wide open behind you.
The way I want to throttle those guys who make you blush, who make you cry and who make laugh.
The fact that I can't hate you, even dislike you, no matter how hard I want to, or how hard I try.
The way I can't stop my legs from walking over to you, even when you've rejected me, closing the cold glass of the window against my white puffs of smoke.
The way I can't stop myself from touching you, at least once each day.
And then...
There's the way that every once in a while I find myself wondering what this whole kissing thing would be like, my lips against yours.
The amount of times when I've just wanted to fall into your eyes, hug you until you were as warm as a summers day, kiss you until there's nothing left and ...even...that...at times...
I find myself battling to keep myself under control, in check, because I don't want to hurt you.
There's the times I blurt out the stupidest things, almost giving away my embarrassing secret.
Because no-one's ever made me feel like this, no girl, no boy, no sister, brother, father or mother. It's even stronger than the fuzzy feeling I have saved up for Igneel. I think that maybe this is the word that Mira-jane keeps going on about... Loft?... Luff?... Love!
But...
I can't tell you that...You're rich, you own a whole manor, you've got amazing dreams...I've got nothing, save the scarf that Igneel gave me and a whole guild of rowdy friends.
And...on top of all that, you're my teammate.
Why? Out of all the people in this world did it have to be you Lucy?
So yeah.
