It's fast-paced. I apologize, but I felt I had to write this.

"But I took a vow to never forget you.
If you're still here, then we're waiting."

B

I had to reassure Edward that I would be fine.

"But you'll be with a werewolf! That dog!" I glared at him. He knew Jacob was my friend.

I had only intended on giving him a quick kiss on the lips, but he instantly reacted as if I were leaving him forever.

"I'll be fine, Edward. Trust me. You won't follow me, will you?"

"… No, I won't."

"Promise?"

"I promise."

"I love you, Edward."

"I love you, too, my Bella."

E

"Edward, you will not ruin her night. You promised." I scoffed. As if a promise could stop a vampire.

"You said you trust her. Do you really?"

"Of course I do. It's that mutt whom I don't trust."

"But will she be able to trust you?"

"Fine, Alice." I huffed. "I won't go. Emmett!"

"Edward, no."

B

"Uh, Jacob? How fast are we going?"

"I think around 120." I could feel my heart beginning to pound. "I know the bat likes going fast, so I thought I'd give it a whirl."

"Jacob! You can't!" He was no vampire; his reflexes weren't the same. Oh, I wish Edward was here.

He turned to me. "You'll be fine, Bella."

"Jacob! Watch out!"

E

I placed flowers by her tombstone. "I had to make sure that they gave you a proper spot and service. I know you're smiling down on us and laughing.

My flight to Italy is tonight. I'll be with you shortly, love."
