A/N: Hello! New story. Goodie! Ed gets trapped in the host club, how great is that? Each chapter is a day.
The chalk connected with its starting point, creating a perfect circle on the ground. The armored boy watched over his brother drawing the transmutation circle on the ground. The blonde boy grinned in excitement, him and his brother's work was about to be paid off! His brother's armor made noise; he was probably bouncing in delight. The boy finished drawing the transmutation circle, getting back onto his feet. He made sure not to smudge the lines; he stood in between them on the solid ground.
"Well, Alphonse, it's finally done. This is our greatest achievement!" He said, looking up at his younger brother.
"Brother, as much as I am excited for this, are we sure that this'll work?"
"Al, don't worry about it. We made sure that everything was okay. I'll be fine."
Alphonse sighed, his voicing ringing in his armor. He scooped up his brother, pulling him in for an extremely tight hug. "OWOWOWOWOW! Al, stop! You're gonna break my ribs!" Edward wheezed. Al's grip on his brother loosened, the pressure on Edward's chest was relieved. Ed rubbed his chest after he was put down, trying to relieve some of the pain from being pressed up against his brother's chest plate.
"Brother?"
Edward looked up at Al, seeing the desperation in his soul-fire eyes. "Please tell me you'll be okay."
"I'll be fine. Okay?" He gave a soft smile for his brother, trying to reassure him.
"Okay." Alphonse sighed again.
Edward stepped into the middle of the transmutation circle, observing it. It was about 3 feet in diameter; the design inside the circle resembled an hourglass, two circles on the side of it, and a horizontal line cutting through the middle. "If this works, I'll see you in a month." He knew that statement would make Al worry. "But it will work." He corrected himself. Ed raised his arms up slightly, his palms facing the ceiling. The lines on the ground started glowing blue under him, it then fading in a dark purple. They both tried to ignore the awful memories of the human transmutation the two had attempted many years ago.
A giant eye with a grey iris opened up under him, making his stress increase tenfold. Little black arms sprouted out of the ground, grabbing his body, ripping it apart into tiny flakes that disintegrated shortly after. Edward smiled at his brother, trying to mask the fear in his eyes. "I'll see you soon." He watched his brother nod as his body was deconstructed entirely and he blacked out.
