"WANDA!"

Steve fell onto the floor with a thud as Wanda clenched her fists and cringed. Sam stood by her as he put a hand on her shoulder. The android, as she called him, floated in the air and stared at her as she groaned in frustration.

Steve gave a small groan as he got up, rubbing his arm. "You're getting there."

"You don't have to lie to me," Wanda said, quietly.

"Hey, he's being serious. You're getting better," Sam said, raising an eyebrow.

She shook her head and sighed as Steve walked up to her. "Come on, Wanda. Let's try again."

"To what point and purpose? I'm just going to drop you again."

She walked out with a frown but Steve didn't stop her. Sam gave a shrug and wiped the sweat from his forehead. "I think we should call it a day, Steve."

The blonde nodded in agreement and took a long drink of water from his bottle. Vision landed on his feet and walked out of the room after Wanda. He bumped into Clint as he was about to round the corner to Wanda's room.

"Going somewhere?"

"I was hoping to council Miss Maximoff. Is she in her bedroom?"

Clint nodded. "Yeah, I was just there. You might want to give her some space. She's having it a bit rough in there."

"I understand," he said, walking past him.

He paused before he knocked and thought he heard her crying from inside. Gently, he knocked on her door and she stopped. He heard some shuffling and a sniffle. The door opened as she stood with red eyes and a pale face.

"Yes?"

He hesitated. "I was just wondering if you were alright."

She blinked. "I'm fine. Anything else?"

"I was hoping you might want to discuss how you were feeling. That's what you humans do, isn't it? Is that what it's called. Because from what I-"

"Look, I appreciate what you're trying to do, but-"

"No, you don't."

She blinked and sighed. "I just want to be left alone. Some things are better left in the hands of the person dealing with them."

Wanda slammed the door and rolled her eyes. She plopped down on her bed and sighed.

"Sometimes the person dealing with it cannot handle it."

She jumped as Vision passed through her door without even opening it. Gasping, she stood to her feet and he paused. His eyes looked into hers and she tensed.

"Please...I merely want to help."

'I do not ask for help. I can handle this on my own."

"The results of that are not very convincing, Miss Maximoff."

She groaned and stormed towards her door and opened it. "Out."

He slowly walked out and she slammed the door again. Shaking her head, she sat down on her bed and hugged herself. Pietro filled her mind and she felt herself tense. With a sigh, she felt her eyes fill with tears once more.
