((AN: So…this is my first fanfic don't laugh at the bad use of quotations or commas… well enjoy!))

Arthur scowled as he walked through the streets of Paris he couldn't stand it there but alas, when business calls it must be done. Arthur soon came to a stop in front of a fancy looking café, at one point in his trip he decided he definitely didn't want to eat any French foods but his stomach said otherwise. Arthur then decided to agree with his gut and sat down at one of the small tables on the outside of the café he waited impatiently for a waiter to come and serve him, Soon enough a waitress came with a piece of caramel cake. Arthur looked up at the waitress, saying she was nothing short of perfect was far from an exaggeration VERY far. He stared for a moment bewildered by her beauty until she piped up and said "Um .. excuse me Sir?" Arthur then snapped out of his trance and blinked about eight times before shakily speaking "O-oh I'm sorry."

"That is fine Sir." The waitress said with a smile "My name is Fransiska Bonnefoy and I will be your waitress today." She then did a small bow, Arthur blushed at this and cursed himself for doing so he'd never felt this way before and even though he had just met her he felt like he liked her…he hadn't felt that way ever since he had met his co-worker Madeline.

Arthur felt somewhat regenerated after his visit to the café even when he got back to his hotel, the papers he loathed working on seemed like a simple five year olds work there was only one problem: He couldn't stop thinking about Fransiska Arthur then turned to the clock and checked what time it was 7 o' clock wasn't that late he decided to go out for a walk he then grabbed his coat and head out. Once again Arthur was scowling not because of Paris itself but because of all the happy couples "Stupid bloody couples and their stupid happiness." Arthur thought to himself he then sat on a random bench grumbling his thoughts aloud unintentionally "Wankers…who needs love anyway?" "Well everyone needs love." Arthur jumped at the thick French accent and turned to see Fransiska. Fransiska then continued to speak "Even if one doesn't find eternal love the feeling of it is great." Arthur sat with wide eyes, which soon turned cold again "Not if you know you'll never find it." He replied sadly, Fransiska then stood and extended her hand toward Arthur along with a sigh " Bad hair bad attitude oui? Come on you could give a try!" Arthur waited for a moment and grasped her hand in under seconds he was being dragged through the city at first he was panicked but he felt at ease knowing he was holding her hand. They then came to a stop at the Eifel tower and Fransiska turned around and held onto both of Arthur's hands looking straight into his eyes "Dosen't it feel nice? The feeling of love." At first Arthur was afraid she wouldn't feel the same way but caught up in the moment and in his happiness he leaned down and kissed her on the lips, they stayed like this for about a minute until Arthur pulled away and smiled at Fransiska, he then grabbed her and brought her into a fierce hug she only giggled at his action. Arthur looked up at the tower and smiled maybe Paris isn't all that bad.
