Hi, this is a short oneshot - Snowbert, of course - I found buried deep in the sea of incomplete Snowbert stories. Hope you guys like it! I forgot to publish this and just discovered it now. I promise next time I'll post Snowbert stories more often. :-)

"Caitlin! Caitlin!"

Caitlin could vaguely hear Julian's voice through the blizzard. She was stalking through the snow, white hair flowing past her shoulders. Pained and injured people were strewn all around, screaming and crying.

Seeing all the destruction she caused, Caitlin staggered, and stumbled to the ground.

No.

Killer Frost. She had turned into Killer Frost.

"Caitlin!"

There was Julian's voice again. It was so distant. Too distant.

"Julian?" she called.

Freezing winds swirled around her. She gasped in horror as she saw Barry in his Flash costume, frozen and still. Cisco was fending off her icicles. And Julian -

Caitlin felt a shiver crawl up her spine. Where was Julian.

She turned around, and saw Julian Albert crawling towards her, half-dead. "Caitlin," he croaked out.

She screamed.

"Caitlin?" Julian was hovering over her worriedly. "Are you alright?"

Caitlin shakily took in the scene before her. She was in the S.T.A.R. Labs bed. Everything seemed fine. Cisco and Barry were well and healthy. She frantically pulled her hair to look at it. It was their normal brown.

"What's wrong?" Julian asked, seeing Caitlin's terrified expression.

The brunette buried her face in the CSI's shoulder. "I had a nightmare," she explained quietly.

Julian frowned. "Again?"

Caitlin nodded.

"Same topic?"

Caitlin nodded once again.

Julian's concerned expression morphed into an angry one. "This has gone far enough. Allen, we need to talk."

Barry stared at the blonde, but followed him out. Caitlin closed her eyes, trying to make herself forget about the dream.

She tried to make herself forget she could turn into Killer Frost.

She could hear Julian's heavily accented yells, and then the slam of a door. He entered the room, looking put off.

"What's wrong?" she questioned.

Julian sighed heavily. "These nightmares, they've been torturing you for so long. I reasoned, you didn't have these powers before. You got them when Barry created Flashpoint."

Caitlin suddenly understood. "And so you lashed out on Barry."

The blonde looked away. "I couldn't bear seeing you like that."

The doctor slipped her hand into Julian's. "Julian, listen to me," she whispered. "Even though I hate Killer Frost, and even though I live with so much fear, I'm not angry at all at Barry for creating Flashpoint."

"Why?" Julian asked. "He practically destroyed your life."

Caitlin almost chuckled. "No, he didn't," she told him. "He made it better. Because in this timeline, I met you."

Julian felt himself blush, but argued, "I'd rather I not exist than you suffer this agony."

"I wouldn't," countered Caitlin. "I'd live for a thousand years in fear of becoming her, as long as I spend those years with you."

Julian gazed at her. "Really?"

"Really."
